Description
Claims (11)
- 互いに重ね合わされた少なくとも2つの別々に制御される変換素子(2,2a,2b)を含む電気機械変換器(1)であって、前記変換素子(2,2a,2b)は、少なくとも2つの弾性部材の層(3)からなる多層構造を有し、前記弾性部材の層(3)の間に空隙(10)が形成されるように前記弾性部材の層(3)を突起状の支持点(6)で支持してなり、前記変換素子(2,2a,2b)は、隣接する前記弾性部材の層(3)を接離方向に動かすことにより、その厚さを変化させ、
前記変換素子(2,2a,2b)は、当該変換素子(2,2a,2b)の内部を厚み方向に空気が流れることを許容し、前記変換器(1)は、前記変換素子(2,2a,2b)を別々に制御する制御手段を有し、前記変換器(1)は、前記変換器(1)の表面に対する質量の中心(m0)の動きに応じて電圧信号が発生させること
を特徴とする変換器。 - 前記電気機械変換器(1)が少なくとも1つの不通気層(9)を備えていることを特徴
とする請求項1に記載の変換器。 - 前記電気機械変換器(1)がそれらの間に不通気層(9)が挟み込まれた少なくとも2つの変換素子(2,2a,2b)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至2のいずれか1項に記載の変換器。
- 前記変換素子(2,2a,2b)の外面が不通気層(9)であり、空気が第1の変換素子(2a)から第2の変換素子(2b)にまたその逆に、前記第2の変換素子(2b)に対向する面を通って流れることが許容されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の変換器。
- 前記電気機械変換器(1)が少なくとも1つの通気性を有する追加の質量(15)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の変換器。
- 前記変換素子の1つの層が不織材から作られた多孔層(3)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の変換器。
- 前記多孔層(3)の表面に真空蒸着により導電性を有する金属層(4)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の変換器。
- 不織材から作られた前記多孔層(3)が導電性を有する材料から製造されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の変換器。
- 前記変換素子がそれらの間に空隙(10)が設けられた磁化された層(12)から構成され、電流導体(13)が前記磁化された層(12)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の変換器。
- エネルギーを機械エネルギーから電気エネルギーに変換するための制御方法であって、
互いに重ね合わされた少なくとも2つの別々に制御される変換素子(2,2a,2b)を含む電気機械変換器(1)によって実現され、前記変換素子(2,2a,2b)は、少なくとも2つの弾性部材の層(3)からなる多層構造を有し、前記弾性部材の層(3)の間に空隙(10)が形成されるように前記弾性部材の層(3)を突起状の支持点(6)で支持してなり、前記変換素子(2,2a,2b)は、当該変換素子(2,2a,2b)の内部を厚み方向に空気が流れることを許容し、
前記変換素子(2,2a,2b)を別々に制御するステップと、前記変換器(1)の表面に対する質量の中心(m0)の動きに応じて電圧信号が発生させて、機械エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換するステップとを有すること
を特徴とする制御方法。 - 前記電気機械変換器(1)が少なくとも1つの不通気層(9)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
