ポリエチレンテレフタレートからなる絶縁基板101上に、スクリーン印刷により作用極102と、対極103と、からなる電極層を設ける。その電極層上に、酵素(FAD−GDH:600〜1500U/ml)、電子伝達体(フェリシアン化カリウム)、アミノ酸(タウリン:50〜85mM)、および糖アルコール(マルチトール:1〜3mM)を含んだ試薬層105を形成する。その上に、ポリエチレンテレフタレートからなるスペーサ106と、同じくポリエチレンテレフタレートからなるカバー108とを設ける。このようにして2電極方式の血糖値測定センサを作製した。

Claims (8)
- 試料液中のグルコースと特異的に反応する試薬を含む試薬層を有し、試料液中のグルコース濃度を計測するバイオセンサであって、
前記試薬層は、
電子伝達体と、
フラビンアデニンジヌクレオチドを補酵素としたグルコースデヒドロゲナーゼと、
その分子内に少なくとも1つのカルボキシル基を有する有機酸(アミノ基を有する場合を除く)もしくはその塩、グリシン、セリン、プロリン、トレオニン、リシンおよびタウリンから選ばれるアミノ酸あるいはその塩、糖アルコール、および可溶化蛋白質のうちの少なくとも2つ以上の添加剤と、
を含む、バイオセンサ。 - 請求項1に記載のバイオセンサにおいて、
前記試料液中の特定成分の濃度を、絶縁性基板上に形成された、少なくとも作用極と対極とからなる電極を用いて計測する、バイオセンサ。 - 請求項2に記載のバイオセンサにおいて、
前記試薬層は、前記電極上に形成される、バイオセンサ。 - 請求項2に記載のバイオセンサにおいて、
