Claims (4)
- 柱状の陰極と、この陰極と同心に配置され、所定の作用空間だけ離間して配置された円筒状の陽極と、前記作用空間を挟んで軸方向両側に対向配置され、軸方向に垂直な対向面を有する一対のポールピースとを備えたマグネトロンにおいて、
前記作用空間の径方向に対する磁束密度を、中心側から所定範囲まで略連続的に減少させ、前記所定範囲より径方向外側を一様に分布させる磁束密度変更部材を設けたことを特徴とするマグネトロン。 - 前記磁束密度変更部材は、前記磁束密度を、前記中心側から第1の範囲に対して軸心からの距離の2乗に反比例して減少させ、さらに前記第1の範囲から前記所定範囲に対して前記軸心からの距離に反比例して減少させるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマグネトロン。
- 前記磁束密度変更部材は、前記各ポールピースの前記対向面に前記陰極と同心に設けられた環状の磁性部材であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のマグネトロン。
- 前記環状の磁性部材は、所定距離離れた同心の二重構造を有するものであることを特徴とする請求項3記載のマグネトロン。
