Claims (4)
- 1つの円筒形の陰極部と、
前記陰極部との間で相互作用領域を形成する前記陰極部に対向した面のみで構成され、且つ、複数の陽極を有する、1つの陽極部と、
前記陽極部と接続されている1つの共振器回路と、
を備え、
複数の変形部は、方位角方向に周期的に前記陽極部に形成されており、
前記複数の変形部は、全ての複数の陽極に形成されており、且つ、各陽極の表面から突出した複数の突出部と各陽極の表面から凹んだ複数の凹部とを含み、
前記複数の突出部と前記複数の凹部とは、交互に形成されていることを特徴とするマグネトロン。 - 1つの円筒形の陰極部と、
前記陰極部との間で相互作用領域を形成する前記陰極部に対向した面のみで構成され、且つ、複数の陽極を有する、1つの陽極部と、
前記陽極部と接続されている1つの共振器回路と、
を備え、
複数の変形部は、方位角方向に周期的に前記陽極部に形成されており、
前記複数の変形部は、前記複数の陽極の中で半分の陽極にのみ形成されており、
変形部が形成された陽極と、変形部が形成されていない陽極とは、交互に形成されていることを特徴とするマグネトロン。 - 各変形部は陽極の表面から突出した突出部である請求項2に記載のマグネトロン。
- 各変形部は陽極の表面から凹んだ凹部である請求項2に記載のマグネトロン。
