Claims (4)
- 複数の伝熱管がパネル状に配列された熱交換パネルの上部両側に配設されたトラフから熱媒体をパネルの両面に沿って流下させることにより前記伝熱管内を通過する液化ガスを気化させるオープンラック式気化装置の散水機構において、前記パネル側に配置されたトラフ側壁の内側に、前記トラフ側壁より高い外側仕切り壁が、前記トラフ側壁との間及び前記トラフの底面との間に隙間をあけた状態でトラフ長手方向の全部又は一部にわたって設けられると共に、前記外側仕切り壁の更に内側に、前記外側仕切り壁より低い内側仕切り壁が、前記外側仕切り壁との間に隙間をあけると共に前記トラフの底面に接した状態でトラフ長手方向の全部又は一部にわたって設けられることにより、トラフ長手方向の全域又は一部域に前記外側仕切り壁及び前記内側仕切り壁の両方が存在する二重仕切り壁が設けられていることを特徴とするオープンラック型気化装置の散水機構。
- 請求項1に記載のオープンラック型気化装置の散水機構において、外側仕切り壁とトラフ底面との間隔、又は内側仕切り壁の高さ、若しくはこれらの両方が調整可能であるオープンラック型気化装置の散水機構。
- 請求項2に記載のオープンラック型気化装置の散水機構において、外側仕切り壁とトラフ底面との間隔、又は内側仕切り壁の高さ、若しくはこれらの両方が、トラフ長手方向において部分単位の調整が可能であるオープンラック型気化装置の散水機構。
- 複数の伝熱管がパネル状に配列された熱交換パネルの上部両側に配設されたトラフから熱媒体をパネルの両面に沿って流下させることにより前記伝熱管内を通過する液化ガスを気化させるオープンラック式気化装置の散水機構において、前記パネル側に配置されたトラフ側壁の内側に、外側仕切り壁が前記トラフの底面との間に隙間をあけると共にトラフ長手方向の全部又は一部にわたって設けられ、前記外側仕切り壁の更に内側に、内側仕切り壁が前記トラフの底面に接すると共にトラフ長手方向の全部又は一部にわたって設けられており、且つ前記外側仕切り壁と前記トラフ底面との間隔、又は前記内側仕切り壁の高さ、若しくはこれらの両方が、トラフ長手方向において部分単位の調整が可能であるオープンラック型気化装置の散水機構。
