Description
Claims (12)
- プラスチック製プリフォーム(1)を材料とする容器製造のための前記プリフォーム(1)の加熱方法であって、前記プリフォーム(1)を所定の経路に沿って、前記プリフォーム(1)の軸(A)周囲を回転させて搬送する工程と、前記プリフォーム(1)を前記経路に沿って赤外線放射源(11)により加熱する工程とを備え、前記放射される赤外線の強度は、前記プリフォーム(1)における少なくとも1個の角度領域(7、7a、7b)を局所加熱するよう前記経路に沿って変化するように制御され、また、前記経路に沿った赤外線強度のプロファイルの形状は適宜変更できることを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記制御は、より高強度の赤外線を放射する帯域(I1)および比較的より低強度の赤外線を放射する帯域(I2)の交互配列により実行される、請求項1に記載の加熱方法。
- 前記交互配列は、前記プリフォーム(1)が前記軸の周囲を完全に1回転する際に移動する距離以下である、請求項2に記載の加熱方法。
- 前記赤外線強度は前記経路に沿って周期的である、請求項1〜請求項3のうちいずれか1項に記載の加熱方法。
- 前記赤外線強度の前記周期は、前記プリフォーム(1)が前記軸(A)の周囲を半回転する際に移動する距離に少なくとも等しい請求項4に記載の加熱方法。
- 前記赤外線強度の前記周期は、前記プリフォーム(1)が前記軸(A)の周囲を1回転する際に移動する距離に少なくとも等しい、請求項4に記載の加熱方法。
- 前記赤外線強度は、前記経路に沿って連続変化するプロファイルを有する、請求項1〜請求項6のうちいずれか1項に記載の加熱方法。
- 前記赤外線強度は、前記経路に沿って正弦曲線形状のプロファイルを有する、請求項1〜請求項7のうちいずれか1項に記載の加熱方法。
- 前記赤外線強度は、前記経路に沿って矩形波形状のプロファイルを有する、請求項1〜請求項8のうちいずれか1項に記載の加熱方法。
- プラスチック製プリフォーム(1)を材料とする容器製造のための前記プリフォーム(1)を加熱する加熱装置であって、前記プリフォーム(1)を把持する回転手段(3)と、前記プリフォーム(1)を所定の経路に沿って搬送する手段と、前記経路に沿って配置される赤外線放射源(11)を備える手段加熱とを備え、前記加熱装置は更に、前記放射源(11)が前記経路に沿って放射する赤外線強度を変えることができ、さらに、前記経路に沿った赤外線強度のプロファイルの形状は適宜変更できる手段を備えることを特徴とする、加熱装置。
- 前記赤外線放射源(11)はレーザダイオードからなる、請求項10に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記赤外線放射源(11)はマトリクス状に配置される、請求項10もしくは請求項11に記載の加熱装置。
