Description
図は、流体圧システムを示している。ここでは、圧力媒体源1は、圧力媒体貯蔵部2から圧力媒体を引き出し、一方では3/2−方向制御弁3に、他方では配管4に供給する。3/2−方向制御弁3が初期状態にある時、圧力媒体は配管4を通ってスロットル部5に達し、そこから第2圧力媒体供給部6に、さらにそこからピストン室7に達する。圧力媒体は、そこから第1圧力媒体供給部8を通って再び3/2−方向制御弁3に戻り、さらにそこから配管9を介して圧力媒体貯蔵部2に戻ることができる。このことにより、消費装置10の非作動状態において、圧力媒体源1からの圧力媒体が、永続的に、ピストン室7を通り、そこから圧力媒体貯蔵部2に戻る、ということが保証される。3/2−方向制御弁3が反転される(切り替えられる)と、圧力媒体は配管11を通って第1圧力媒体供給部8へ、さらにピストン室7へ達し、同時に、スロットル部5及び第2圧力媒体供給部6を通ってもピストン室に達する。このことによって、消費装置10は、迅速かつ高信頼性で作動される。消費装置12、13及び14は、類似する態様で制御される。バイパス弁15は、消費装置を異なる圧力レベルで作動可能とするために、3/2−方向制御弁3と第1圧力媒体供給部8との間に配置される。ピストン室7の圧力は、それぞれの調節に応じて制御され得る。消費装置12、13及び14もまた、対応するバイパス弁を備えることが可能である。
Claims (3)
- それによって、圧力媒体源(1)からの圧力媒体が、圧力媒体貯蔵部(2)から、ピストン室(7)を有する少なくとも一つの消費装置(10、12、13、14)及び少なくとも二つの圧力媒体供給部(6、8)へと供給される流体圧システムであって、
二つの圧力媒体供給部(6、8)は、それぞれ消費装置(10)の同じピストン室(7)に接続され、
消費装置(10、12、13、14)の非作動状態では、第1圧力媒体供給部(8)が圧力媒体貯蔵部(2)に結合され、第2圧力媒体供給部(6)が圧力媒体源(1)に結合され、
消費装置(10、12、13、14)の作動状態では、第1及び第2圧力媒体供給部(6,8)が圧力媒体源(1)に結合されて同一の圧力レベルを有する
ことを特徴とする流体圧システム。 - 第1圧力媒体供給部(8)は、3/2−方向制御弁(3)を介して、圧力媒体源(1)あるいは圧力媒体貯蔵部(2)と結合可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体圧システム。 - 第2圧力媒体供給部(6)は、スロットル部(5)を介して、圧力媒体源(1)に結合されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体圧システム。
