Description

The present invention provides a shin treatment part for treating a shin part of a human body leg part and a foot tip treatment part for treating a foot part of a human body leg part on a footrest part provided so as to be able to appear and retract at a front end of a seat part. The present invention relates to a chair-type massage machine that is provided so that each interval between a seat portion, a shin treatment portion, and a toe treatment portion can be expanded and contracted by an expansion / contraction mechanism.

Conventionally, a chair-type massage machine has a structure in which a pressure stimulus is applied to the back of a user mainly by the operation of a treatment element that can be moved up and down on a backrest part. A footrest is provided, and a treatment roller, a treatment element, or an inflatable bag such as an air bag is provided on the footrest, and the legs of the user placed on the footrest are treated. What you can do is often seen in the market. More recently, a technique has been disclosed in which a footrest portion is provided with a mechanism that can cope with individual differences in the length of the legs of the user.

For example, there is a chair type massage machine 1 in which a footrest 4 is arranged on the front side of a seat 2 as shown in FIGS. And a footrest member 4b for supporting the sole of the user and the rear part of the heel. Each of the calf placing member 4a and the foot placing member 4b is provided with a plurality of air bags, and the air bags are configured to expand or contract by air supply / exhaust from an air supply / exhaust device including a pump and a valve. ing. As a result, when the user is seated, the air bag repeatedly expands and contracts, thereby giving a pressure stimulus to the calf of the user and the rear part of the sole and the heel (heel). Yes.

Further, the calf resting member 4a and the foot resting member 4b of the footrest 4 are attached to the telescopic mechanism 4c, and can be moved relative to each other so as to approach or separate from each other. That is, the expansion / contraction mechanism 4c is mainly configured by an upper member 45 that is pivotally connected at the front end of the seat portion 2, an intermediate member 46, and a lower member 47, and is an expansion / contraction that is a pantograph mechanism in which three rhombuses are continuous. An arm 51 is provided.

Therefore, when the footrest 4 extends, the upper member 45 is separated from the seat 2 and the intermediate member 46 is separated from the upper member 45, and at the same time, the lower member 47 is also separated from the intermediate member 46. The footrest 4 is expanded and contracted by driving the motor 56 in accordance with a control signal by an operation input at the operation section of the user. The calf resting member 4a is attached to the intermediate member 46, and the foot resting member 4b is attached to the lower member 47, respectively.

Further, with regard to the configuration of the telescopic mechanism 4c, the motor 56 is attached to the connecting member 49 of the upper member 45, and the rotational movement of the output shaft of the motor 56 is transmitted to the screw rod 55. It is configured to enter and exit the nut 54. Since the nut 54 is provided in the intermediate member 46, the intermediate member 46 is lowered or raised by driving the motor 56.

In addition, the nut 54 has a joint where two links in the middle of the telescopic arm 51 intersect at a central portion in the longitudinal direction, and is pivotally attached by a pivot extending in the front-rear direction. Accordingly, when the intermediate member 46 is lowered or raised by driving the motor 56, the telescopic arm 51 is expanded or contracted, and accordingly, the joint at the lower end of the telescopic arm 51 is pivotally attached by the pivot that extends in the front-rear direction. The lower member 47 provided with the connecting plate 59a is also separated from or close to the intermediate member 46.

In this way, the expansion / contraction mechanism 4c extends or contracts as a whole, and the user can adjust the separation distance by adjusting the sole support surface 37 to the length of his / her leg by the operation unit. it can.
JP 2004-215938 A (FIGS. 1 and 4 on page 15 and FIG. 13 on page 18)

By the way, the chair type massage machine provided with an extension mechanism that divides the footrest part as described above into an upper member, an intermediate member, and a lower member, respectively, and expands and contracts them with the driving force of the motor. Since the motor, the screw rod (screw shaft) rotated by the motor, and the nut that moves forward and backward by the rotation of the screw rod are provided between the upper member and the intermediate member, Expansion and contraction with the intermediate member is ensured by directly transmitting the driving force of the motor.

However, on the other hand, the expansion and contraction between the intermediate member and the lower member depends on the pantograph mechanism (extensible arm) that interlocks and expands by the expansion and contraction action between the upper member and the intermediate member. That is, the expansion / contraction between the intermediate member and the lower member is due to indirect power transmission from the motor because the driving force of the motor is transmitted through the pantograph mechanism (extensible arm).

For this reason, the expansion / contraction power between the intermediate member and the lower member is weakened rather than the expansion / contraction power between the upper member and the intermediate member.

In particular, the lower member is an important part where gravity is applied from the legs of the user because the footrest member is attached and directly supports the sole of the user, etc. Although the expansion / contraction power between the lower member and the lower member needs to be strengthened, in this respect, the improvement of the weakening in the expansion / contraction power as described above is a big problem. In order to solve this problem, it is possible to consider mounting a relatively large motor that consumes more power, or multiple motors with separate motors. In this case, however, it is possible to save power and reduce the size or weight of the chair body. It is thought that problems will occur in this field.

Further, the pantograph mechanism employed in the chair type massage machine as described above includes a large number of bar-shaped or long plate-shaped arm members and a large number of rotating portions for connecting the arm members to each other so as to be rotatable at the tip. Therefore, bending, frictional resistance and the like, which are weak points peculiar to this type of mechanism, are likely to occur. In addition, this causes an unnecessary load on this type of expansion / contraction mechanism itself, and further weakens the expansion / contraction power. In this case, too, a large motor or a plurality of motors having a large output is required to satisfy this. Inevitably, this is a problem to be solved as described above.

Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and prevents the weakening of the expansion / contraction power in the expansion / contraction mechanism of the footrest portion as much as possible and is applied from the sole of the user. It is an object of the present invention to provide a chair type massage machine that can perform a reliable expansion and contraction operation regardless of gravity even with a driving force of a relatively small motor.

That is, the chair type massage machine of the present invention has a seat part and a footrest part supported by a support frame body that is slidably connected at the front end of the seat part. In addition to providing a shin treatment part for treating the foot and a foot tip treatment part for treating the toes of the human body leg, each interval between the seat part, the shin treatment part, and the toe treatment part can be expanded and contracted by an extension mechanism. In the chair-type massage machine, the expansion and contraction mechanism of the chair-type massage machine includes a rear member that pivotally supports the support frame body at a front end of the seat, and a length direction of a human body leg with respect to the rear member. An intermediate member that is slidably connected to support the shin treatment portion, and a front member that is slidably connected to the intermediate member in the length direction of the human leg and supports the foot treatment portion. , Pivotally connected to the lower end of the rear member, the intermediate member and the front Together constituting each of the lower end of the member from slidably linked connecting frame, the intermediate member and the front member according to the rotation of the connecting frame is moved in the longitudinal direction of the body legs, the seat portion, Each of the shin treatment part and the toe treatment part is configured to be separated from each other .

Further, in the chair type massage machine of the present invention, the drive elastic body is provided with the motor and a screw shaft rotated by the motor on the front member, and a nut body screwed on the screw shaft is provided on the rear member. It is assumed that it is provided and configured.

Further, in the chair type massage machine of the present invention, the interlocking portion is provided with an engagement lane in each of the rear member and the front member, and the intermediate member can be engaged with each of the engagement lanes. It is assumed that a rolling engagement member that is interposed and can roll is provided.

Further, in the chair type massage machine of the present invention, the interlocking unit pivotally connects the lower ends of the rear member, and the connecting frame for slidably connecting the lower ends of the intermediate member and the front member. Is provided.

Furthermore, the chair type massage machine of the present invention is configured such that the ratio of the sliding distance of the intermediate member with respect to the rear member and the sliding distance of the front member with respect to the rear member becomes 1: 2.

Therefore, the chair-type massage machine of the present invention is a chair-type massage machine in which each interval between the seat portion, the shin treatment portion, and the toe treatment portion can be expanded and contracted by an expansion / contraction mechanism, and the support frame is used as the expansion / contraction mechanism. A rear member pivotally supported at the front end of the seat, an intermediate member slidably connected to the rear member to support the shin treatment portion, and a slidably connected to the intermediate member It is composed of a front member that supports the treatment portion, and the rear member and the front member are connected by a drive elastic body that is driven and expanded by a motor, and the intermediate member is interlocked with the expansion and contraction operation of the rear member and the front member. In the expansion / contraction operation between the upper member and the intermediate member and between the intermediate member and the lower member, the lower member does not cause weakening of expansion / contraction power. Branch Regardless of the gravitational force from the foot sole or the like of the user for the feet treatment section which can be carried out sufficiently by the driving force of a relatively small motor reliable expansion and contraction.

In the chair type massage machine of the present invention, as the drive expansion and contraction body, the front member is provided with the motor and a screw shaft that is rotated by the motor, and a nut body that is screwed to the screw shaft is provided on the rear member. Since it is configured so as to be provided, it is possible to achieve reliable and accurate expansion and contraction in the footrest portion, the center of gravity of the entire footrest portion is lowered, and the user can stably place the leg portion.

Furthermore, the chair-type massage machine of the present invention is provided with an engagement lane on each of the rear member and the front member as the interlocking portion, and a roll that can roll while being engaged with the engagement lane. Since the engaging member is provided on the intermediate member, the interlocking portion can be simply configured. Unlike the conventional case, the occurrence of bending, frictional resistance, etc. is greatly suppressed, and manufacturing and maintenance are performed. Or the like can be improved.

Moreover, the chair type massage machine of this invention is the connection for connecting each lower end of the said intermediate | middle member 52a and the said front member 53a so that each lower end of the said rear member is rotationally connected as said interlocking | linkage part, respectively. Since the frame is provided, the interlocking portion can be configured at the bottom portion of the footrest portion, and the footrest portion can be configured more compactly.

Furthermore, the chair type massage machine of the present invention is configured such that the ratio of the sliding distance of the intermediate member with respect to the rear member and the sliding distance of the front member with respect to the rear member is configured as 1: 2. Regardless of the difference in the length of the leg portion, it is possible to always perform treatment at the appropriate treatment points in the shin treatment portion and the foot tip treatment portion.

Below, the chair type massage machine of this invention is demonstrated in detail based on one Embodiment shown on drawing. In addition, armrest portions 14a are provided upright on both sides of the seat portion 11a, and side wall portions 2a protruding forward are provided on the left and right sides of the backrest portion 12a.

As shown in FIG. 1, the backrest portion 12a is provided with a vertically movable treatment element mechanism 3a having a pair of left and right treatment elements 31a at the center thereof. The treatment element mechanism 3a moves up and down from the upper end to the lower end of the backrest portion 12a along a pair of left and right guide rails 32a provided on the left and right sides of the backrest portion 12a.

The pair of left and right treatment elements 31a is a mechanical chair type massage mechanism using a motor or the like as a driving source, and covers the entire back surface of the neck, back, waist, buttocks, etc. of the user who is drowned in the backrest 12a. The treatment is performed in various forms such as tapping, itching, rolling, vibration, and acupressure.

Further, in each predetermined position of the chair type massage machine 1a, an inflatable bag 4a that can be repeatedly expanded and contracted by air supply and exhaust is buried. The inflating and deflating bag 4a is inflated and deflated by air supply / exhaust by an air supply / exhaust device 41a including an air compressor and a distributor for distributing air to each of the inflating and deflating bags 4a. The device 41a is disposed in a lower space of the seat portion 11a.

The expansion / contraction operation of each expansion / contraction bag 4a by the air supply / discharge device 41a can press a predetermined treatment area of the user, perform acupressure, etc. When the compressed bag 4a is provided, treatment such as pinching can be performed. When the inflatable bag 4a is kept in an inflated state, it is possible to hold a predetermined part of the user for a certain period of time.

The chair-type massage machine 1a is provided with inflatable bags 4a on the upper and lower sides of the backrest portion 12a, respectively, so as to press the back and waist of the user or to sandwich the pressure from both the left and right sides. It is configured to perform appropriate treatment.

In addition, in the seat portion 11a, expansion and contraction bags 4a for the heel portion and the thigh portion are respectively embedded on the rear side, and treatment is performed mainly by pressing from below to above.

Each of the footrests 13a is formed with a pair of left and right recesses into which a shin part or a toe part, which is a leg part of a human body, is respectively inserted, and an inflatable bag 4a is provided as a pair of left and right in each recess. It is provided so that the pinching treatment is performed on the shin part and the toe part of the human body inside the recess. The configuration of the footrest portion 13a will be described in detail later.

On the upper part of the left and right armrest portions 14a, arm holding portions 15a that form concave portions for inserting and holding human hands and forearms as needed can be provided. In the case of FIG. 1, the inflatable and deflate bags 4a are provided in the upper and lower sides inside the arm holding portion 15a so as to carry out the clamping treatment for the human hand and the forearm inside the recess.

The left and right side wall portions 2a are disposed at positions on the side of the shoulder or upper arm of the user sitting on the seat portion 11a, and the left and right side wall portions 2a are respectively inflated on the inner side surfaces of the left and right side wall portions 2a. The compressed bag 4a is embedded in a parallel state.

Further, since these polymerized inflatable bags 4a and 4a have only their base ends attached to the base end of the side wall portion 2a, the polymerized inflatable and inflatable bags 4a and 4a expand in a fan shape when inflated. Covers the front of the body while pinching the sides.

Therefore, the inflatable bag 4a of the left and right side wall portions 2a can not only treat the body side portion by inflating and deflating operations, but if the inflated state is maintained for a certain time, the body of the user can be backrested. It is possible to hold firmly so as not to be separated from the portion 12a, and it is possible to effectively receive treatment from the back by the treatment element 31a of the treatment element mechanism 3a while the body of the user is fixed. It becomes.

The footrest portion 13a of the chair type massage machine 1a according to the present invention will be described in more detail below. As shown in the embodiment of FIG. It consists of a shin treatment part 131a provided on the left and right sides in the direction and a foot treatment part 132a provided with recesses for treating the human toes located at the lower part of the shin treatment part 131a on the left and right sides in the width direction, respectively. The inflatable bag 4a as described above is provided on the left and right sides of the recesses of the shin treatment part 131a and the toe treatment part 132a. In addition, the expansion / contraction bag 4a can be provided also in each recessed part bottom part suitably.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the footrest portion 13a is supported by a support frame body 5a, and the support frame body 5a is mainly configured by a rear member 51a, an intermediate member 52a, and a front member 53a. Yes.

The rear member 51a is connected to the seat portion 11a via a rotating portion 133a so that an end portion thereof and a front end portion of a lower seat portion frame 111a located below the seat portion 11a can be rotated.

Thereby, as described above, the footrest portion 13a can be turned up and down with respect to the seat portion 11a. The vertical rotation may be manual or automatic. However, when automatic, an actuator (not shown) using an electric motor as a power source can be applied.

The intermediate member 52a supports the shin treatment part 131a, and the front member 53a fixedly supports the foot treatment part 132a.

As shown in FIG. 3, the footrest portion 13a has a telescopic mechanism for allowing the rear member 51a, the intermediate member 52a, and the front member 53a of the support frame body 5a to approach and separate from each other. 6a is provided.

In the telescopic mechanism 6a, an interlocking portion 60a is provided so that the intermediate member 52a interlocks with the telescopic operation of the rear member 51a and the front member 53a. That is, as the interlocking portion 60a, an engagement lane 61a on the rear member side made of a rack is provided on the lower front surface of the rear member 51a, and a rolling engagement member 62a made of a pinion is provided in the middle of the rear surface of the intermediate member 52a. An engaging lane 63a on the front member side made of a rack is provided on the upper rear surface of the member 53a. The rolling engagement member 62a meshes with an engagement lane 61a on the rear member side and an engagement lane 63a on the front member side.

By configuring the interlocking portion 60a in this manner, the shin treatment portion 131a or the foot tip treatment portion 132a can be mounted in the state where the footrest portion 13a shown in FIG. 4 protrudes in the length direction of the human foot. When a force in the length direction of the human foot is applied, or when the expansion / contraction mechanism 6a is extended by a driving source such as a motor to be described later, the rolling engagement member 62a moves on the engagement lane 61a on the rear member side. When rotating in the length direction of the human foot and proceeding the travel distance L1 with the shin treatment section 131a, the shin treatment section 131a moves the travel distance L2 that is the same distance as the travel distance L1 in the length direction of the human foot. Will move.

Furthermore, since the rolling engagement member 62a meshes with the engagement lane 63a on the front member side, the foot tip treatment portion 132a also moves in the length direction of the human foot with the movement of the shin treatment portion 131a. At the same time, the rolling engagement member 62a is configured to push out the engagement lane 63a on the front member side in the length direction of the foot of the human body by its rotation. The toe treatment part 132a moves the moving distance L3 to which the distance of pushing the relative limbs of the human body in the engagement lane 63a on the front member side is added.

In the configuration shown in the drawing, the movement distance L2 of the shin treatment part 131a and the movement distance L3 of the foot tip treatment part 132a are in a ratio of 1: 2.

6 to 9, a specific configuration related to the telescopic mechanism 6a of the footrest portion 13a will be described. As shown in FIGS. 6 to 9, the rear member 51a is provided with vertical frames 511a provided in the vertical direction at both left and right ends, and a plurality of horizontal frames 512a that firmly connect the left and right vertical frames 511a in the vertical direction. Constructed in parallel. Further, at the upper ends of the left and right vertical frames 511a, the rotation portions 133a for the footrest portions 13a to appear and rotate relative to the seat portions 11a are respectively positioned.

6 to 9, the intermediate member 52a is provided with an upper horizontal frame 521a at the upper end and a lower horizontal frame 522a at the lower end, and the upper horizontal frame 521a and the lower horizontal frame 522a are arranged vertically. A plate-like central plate frame 523a that is firmly connected is provided.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 6 to 9, the front member 53a is provided with an annular bottom frame 531a having an annular frame at the bottom thereof.

A pair of left and right slide coupling mechanisms 54a are provided between the rear member 51a and the intermediate member 52a, and between the intermediate member 52a and the front member 53a. 52a is slidably connected in the length direction of the human foot, and the front member 53a is similarly slidably connected to the intermediate member 52a.

6 to 9, the telescopic mechanism 6a is provided in the same manner as the structure shown in FIG. That is, in the vicinity of the lower center of the rear member 51a, a pair of left and right engagement lanes 61a are provided at regular intervals in the length direction of the human foot, and the annular member provided on the front member 53a. The engagement lanes 63a are respectively provided on the upper rear surfaces of a pair of left and right upright frames 532a which are erected from the central rear end of the bottom frame 531a toward the intermediate member 52a, and are engaged with the engagement lanes 61a. The rolling engagement member 62a provided on the intermediate member 52a is engaged with the lane 63a.

Further, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 to 9, the rear member 51a and the front member 53a are connected by a drive elastic body 64a that is driven and extended by a motor 641a, and the drive member 64a is driven by the drive motor 641a. The telescopic mechanism 6a is configured to perform an expansion / contraction operation.

That is, as the drive expansion / contraction body 64a, the motor 641a is provided at the center of the annular bottom frame 531a of the front member 53a, and a speed change mechanism 642a for transmitting transmission of rotation of the motor 641a is adjacent to the back of the motor 641a. Further, the screw shaft 644a to which the rotation of the transmission mechanism 642a is transmitted is erected upward from the transmission mechanism 642a. By arranging the motor 641a on the front member 53a in this way, the center of gravity of the entire footrest portion 13a is lowered, so that the user can stably place the leg portion.

Furthermore, as described above, when the shin treatment part 131a is moved in the length direction of the human foot by the movement distance L2, the foot tip treatment part 132a moves a movement distance L3 that is twice the movement distance L2. become. For this reason, when considering the overall work amount associated with the expansion / contraction operation of the footrest portion 13a, the foot 64a is disposed on the front member 53a to directly expand / contract the foot treatment portion 132a. The driving force when the telescopic operation is performed is approximately the same as when the motor 641a is disposed on the intermediate member 52a and the rolling engagement member 62a is driven by the motor 641a to directly expand and contract the shin treatment part 131a. Half of the driving force is sufficient, and the extension / contraction operation of the footrest 13a can be realized with the driving force of a relatively small motor. Thereby, power saving of a chair type massage machine and size reduction or weight reduction of a footrest part can be achieved.

The screw shaft 644a is screwed into a nut body 643a that protrudes forward from a lower hole of the rear member 51a through a through-hole portion 524a formed in the center of the intermediate member 52a. The nut body 643a is moved up and down by the rotation of the screw shaft 644a.

Therefore, when the motor 641a rotates, the rotational power of the motor 641a is transmitted to the screw shaft 644a through the speed change mechanism 642a to raise and lower the nut body 643a, and the rear member 51a and the front part The expansion and contraction operation with the member 53a is performed.

That is, the shin treatment part 131a and the foot toe treatment part 132a shown in FIGS. 6 and 8 are close to each other, and the shin treatment part 131a and the toe treatment part 132a shown in FIGS. 7 and 9 are separated from each other. Repeated operations are possible. In this case, as described above, in the interlocking portion 60a, the intermediate member 52a is interlocked with the expansion / contraction operation of the rear member 51a and the front member 53a.

As for drive control of the motor 641a, a control means (not shown) such as an electronic circuit processes an input signal from an operation unit (not shown) operated by a user or a control signal by a program stored in the built-in program. To do.

10 and 11 show the interlocking portion 60a configured in another form. That is, the engagement lanes 61a and 63a and the rolling engagement member 62a are excluded from the above-described configuration, and the lower end of the rear member 51a is rotationally connected by the rotational portion 603a and the intermediate member 52a and A connection frame 601a for slidably connecting the lower ends of the front member 53a is provided.

When the guide rail is formed inside the connection frame 601a, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the lower end of the intermediate member 52a and the front member 53a are rotated so as to rotate inside the guide rail. Each of the rings 602a can be attached.

With this configuration, as described above, when the drive elastic body 64a extends between the rear member 51a and the front member 53a, the connecting frame 601a with the guide rail as shown in FIG. Is pivoted downward (forward when the footrest 13a is projected forward) about the pivoting portion 603a provided at the lower end of the rear member 51a. The rotating wheels 602a attached to the lower ends of the intermediate member 52a and the front member 53a roll along the guide rails provided inside the connecting frame 601a with guide rails.
