Claims (1)
- 酸素イオン伝導性を有する固体電解質筒状体と、この固体電解質筒状体の内面及び外面に配置される電極と、固体電解質筒状体を加熱する加熱手段を備えた酸素ポンプにおいて、
上下方向に沿って鉛直状に配設される複数の固体電解質筒状体を、一鉛直面上に所定ピッチで平行に配設するとともに、各固体電解質筒状体の上下方向位置を維持しつつ軸方向の伸縮を許容するフレキシブル連結体を介して各固体電解質筒状体の両端を固定側にそれぞれ取付け、かつ、フレキシブル連結体を、ループ状のフレキシブル本体を有するフレキシブル管から構成するとともに、前記加熱手段を平面状の一対のヒータにて構成して、この平面状の一対のヒータで、一鉛直面上に配設された複数の固体電解質筒状体をサンドイッチ状に挟み、さらに、各固体電解質筒状体には下方からガスが流入することを特徴とする酸素ポンプ。
