に対して使用することができる。
全ての実施例においてCDS真空システムを有するVMA−GETZMANN GMBH製のDISPERMAT(登録商標)実験用ディソルバーを使用した。CDS分散システムは、分散プロセスを真空下で完全に閉じられたシステムにおいて容器中で実施することを可能にする。70mm直径の歯状ディスクを使用した。
475.5gの脱イオン水に1gのレシチン、0.5gのソルビン酸、0.5gのソルビン酸カリウム及び7.5gのサチアキサン(Satiaxane)キサンタンガムを添加し且つ分散を15分間1000rpmで真空下においてディソルバーで行う。次に、15gのAerosilR812Sを装入し且つこの分散液を10分間真空下で撹拌しないで脱気する。最終的に、AerosilR812Sを真空下で2000rpmで分散させる。
466.5gの脱イオン水に1gのレシチン及び7.5gのサチアキサン(Satiaxane)キサンタンガムを添加し且つ分散を15分間1000rpmで真空下においてディソルバーで行う。次に、10gのグルタルジアルデヒド及び15gのAerosilR812Sを装入し且つこの混合物を10分間真空下で撹拌しないで脱気する。最終的に、AerosilR812Sを真空下で2000rpmで分散させる。
436.5gの脱イオン水に1gのレシチン及び7.5gのサチアキサン(Satiaxane)キサンタンガムを添加し且つ分散を15分間1000rpmで真空下においてディソルバーで行う。次に、40gのグルタルジアルデヒド及び15gのAerosilR812Sを装入し且つこの混合物を10分間真空下で撹拌しないで脱気する。最終的に、AerosilR812Sを真空下で2000rpmで分散させる。
70℃で、0.5gのp−クロロ−m−クレゾールを476.5gの脱イオン水中で(クレゾールが約60℃で融解する)500rpmで撹拌する。その後、1gのレシチン及び7.5gのサチアキサン(Satiaxane)キサンタンガムを添加し且つこの混合物を15分間1000rpmで真空下においてディソルバーで分散させる。次に、15gのAerosilR812Sを装入し且つこの混合物を10分間真空下で撹拌しないで脱気する。最終的に、AerosilR812Sを真空下で2000rpmで分散させる。
70℃で、1.75gのp−クロロ−m−クレゾールを474.75gの脱イオン水中で(クレゾールが約60℃で融解する)500rpmで撹拌する。その後、1gのレシチン及び7.5gのサチアキサン(Satiaxane)キサンタンガムを添加し且つこの混合物を15分間1000rpmで真空下においてディソルバーで分散させる。次に、15gのAerosilR812Sを装入し且つ分散液を10分間真空下で撹拌しないで脱気する。最終的に、AerosilR812Sを真空下で2000rpmで分散させる。
70℃で、0.5gのp−クロロ−m−クレゾールを466gの脱イオン水中で(クレゾールが約60℃で融解する)500rpmで撹拌する。その後、1gのレシチン及び7.5gのサチアキサン(Satiaxane)キサンタンガムを添加し且つこの混合物を15分間1000rpmで真空下においてディソルバーで分散させる。次に、40gのグルタルジアルデヒド及び15gのAerosilR812Sを装入し且つこの混合物を10分間真空下で撹拌しないで脱気する。最終的に、AerosilR812Sを真空下で2000rpmで分散させる。
吸引によって満たされた完全に成長したダニへの影響(死滅率)を測定するために、各々の場合において約100匹のダニを、プラスチックのペトリ皿中の亜鉛めっきされた鋼板上の乾燥した活性化合物コーティング(湿潤膜厚200μm)の上に置き、微細な布/ガーゼで閉じた後、気候上制御したチャンバ中に保管し(23℃及び相対湿度を変える)、その後、例えば、24時間後に、生存した、損傷した、又は死滅したダニを数える。この試験を50%及び100%の相対湿度で行う。
24時間後及び50%の相対湿度の全ての配合物は95〜100%の死滅率を示し、これは優れた活性と言える。(図1を参照のこと)
ダニの卵での活性(死滅率)を測定するために、各々の場合において約100匹のダニの卵を、プラスチックのペトリ皿中の亜鉛めっきされた鋼板上の新たに噴霧された活性化合物コーティング(湿潤膜厚200μm)の上に置き、気候上制御したチャンバ中に保管し、その後、例えば、24時間後に、ダニの卵を評価するか又は孵化した幼生を数える。
DVGガイドライン(German Veterinary Societyのガイドライン)に基づき、DVGリスト列4b中の許可/消費に関して蛋白質負荷を行って及びそれを行わないで改変した「定量的な懸濁試験」を実施する(「予防的殺菌」)。本発明による分散液は殺菌剤溶液であるが、特定の粘稠性(粘度)を有するので、試験方法の改変が必要である。
− 本発明による分散液の疎水性の熱分解法により製造されたSiO2はダニの死滅の役割を果し、
− p−クロロ−m−クレゾールはダニの卵の損傷/死滅の役割を果し、且つ
− グルタルジアルデヒドはサルモネラ菌の死滅の役割を果す。
「動物飼畜のためのGerman Veterinary Society (DVG)の殺菌剤リスト」中に取り込まれるべき殺菌剤の試験は、「動物飼育用の殺菌剤の試験方法」を含むGerman Veterinary Society e.V. (DVG)の「化学的殺菌剤を試験するためのガイドライン」に従って実施されなければならない。
DVGガイドラインに従って、次の試験生物を使用して試験を実施した:
黄色ブドウ球菌 DSM 799
エンテロコッカスフェシウム DSM 2918
プロテウスミラビリス DSM 788
緑膿菌 DSM 939
カンジダアルビカンス DSM 1386
サルモネラ・エンテリカ亜種、エンテリカ DSM 10062(=S. senftenberg)
殺菌剤の希釈を、滅菌した標準硬度の水(WSH)を用いて試験の直前に行った。本発明による分散液R13は20%w/vまでの比でのみWSHと混和性であるため、より高い濃度が試験されなかった。
希釈試験における制菌作用をDVGガイドラインIV.A.2に従って測定した。
蛋白質負荷を行う及び行わない懸濁試験において、本発明による分散液R13の制菌作用をDVGガイドラインIV.A.3に従って測定した。
伝染媒体試験において、本発明による分散液R13の制菌作用を、DVGガイドラインIV.A.4に規定された方法に従って測定した。この場合、希釈した生成物(10%及び20%)だけでなく希釈されない生成物も試験した。本発明による分散液R13は、その流動学的性質のために、十分に活性な化合物濃度で伝染媒体のシナノキ木材中に貫入することができないので、ここで本方法による充分な活性は検知されなかった。
本発明による分散液R13は、蛋白質負荷を行う及び行わない懸濁試験において容易に活性になり、短時間の曝露の場合のみ顕著な蛋白質の損失を有する。この限定要因は制菌試験におけるMICの決定である。上の結果のため、本発明による分散液R13の使用が動物飼育の部門における予防的殺菌のために可能である。この生成物を(本試験に反して)動物の畜舎で希釈しないで使用し、従ってその場の作用は本方法によって宣言された作用よりも更に高い場合もあることが留意されなければならない。
Claims (3)
- 水に加えて、0.5〜20質量%の疎水性シリカ、0.01〜10質量%のゲル化添加剤、又は粘度増大添加剤を含有する分散液であって、更なる成分として、0.1〜5質量%のp−クロロ−m−クレゾール及び/又は0.1〜5質量%のグルタルジアルデヒドを含有することを特徴とする、分散液。
- 個々の成分を連続的に又は一緒に水中に分散させ、その際、個々の成分を添加の前及び/又はその間に脱気させるか、又は分散液を個々の分散工程の間に脱気させ且つまだ存在している残留の分散空気を真空下で更なる混合によって最終的に除去させることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の分散液の製造方法。
- 請求項1記載の分散液を使用することを特徴とする、昆虫及び/又は動物飼育における病原体の防除方法。
