Description
Claims (9)
- フィールド装置用の充電システムであって、
ポテンシャル・エネルギ源から電気を発生するように配置された発電装置と、
前記発電装置に連結され、前記発電装置の電圧出力を測定するように配置された充電回路と、
前記充電回路に連結された再充電可能な電池を含む電気貯蔵装置と、を備え、
前記充電回路は、
前記電気貯蔵装置に線形の電圧調整を提供する線形モードを実行するための電圧レギュレータと、
前記発電装置を前記電気貯蔵装置に直接接続するバイパス・モードを実行するためのバイパス回路と、
前記電気貯蔵装置を前記発電装置から切り離すカットアウト・モードを実行するための安全装置と、
前記電気貯蔵装置を保護するために構成された電池保護回路と、
前記発電装置の電圧出力に基づいて、前記電圧レギュレータ、前記バイパス回路又は前記安全装置の接続を切り換える計測回路と、を含み、
前記計測回路は、
i)前記発電装置の電圧出力が、バイパス閾値よりも上である場合には、前記電圧レギュレータの接続を有効にして前記線形モードを実行し、
ii)前記発電装置の電圧出力が、バイパス閾値よりも下で、かつカットアウト閾値よりも上である場合には、前記バイパス回路の接続を有効にして前記バイパス・モードを実行し、
iii)前記発電装置の電圧出力が、カットアウト閾値よりも下である場合には、前記安全装置の接続を有効にして前記カットアウト・モードを実行する、
ことを特徴とするフィールド装置用の充電システム。 - 前記充電回路が、バイパス・モードにおいて、200ミリワット以下を消費する請求項1に記載の充電システム。
- 前記発電装置が光電池を含む請求項1又は2に記載の充電システム。
- 前記発電装置が風力発電モジュール、熱発電モジュール、圧縮ガス発電装置および振動発電装置のうちの少なくとも一つを含む請求項1又は2に記載の充電システム。
- 前記再充電可能な電池がゲルセル型鉛酸蓄電池である請求項4に記載の充電システム。
- 更に、前記ゲルセル型鉛酸蓄電池および前記充電回路に操作可能に連結された温度センサを含み、前記充電回路が、前記ゲルセル型鉛酸蓄電池の温度に基づいて充電電流を制限する請求項5に記載の充電システム。
- 更に、電池保護回路を含む請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の充電システム。
- プロセスに制御可能に接続可能なトランスデューサと、
前記トランスデューサに連結されたコントローラと、
前記コントローラと連結され、プロセス通信機能を提供するように構成された通信モジュールと、
フィールド装置に電気エネルギを供給するように構成されたエネルギ変換モジュールと
を含むフィールド装置であって、
前記エネルギ変換モジュールは、
ポテンシャル・エネルギ源から電気を発生させるように配置された発電装置と、
前記発電装置に連結され、前記発電装置の電圧出力を測定するように配置された充電回路と、
前記充電回路に連結された再充電可能な電池を含む電気貯蔵装置と、を備え、
前記充電回路は、
前記電気貯蔵装置に線形の電圧調整を提供する線形モードを実行するための電圧レギュレータと、
前記発電装置を前記電気貯蔵装置に直接接続するバイパス・モードを実行するためのバイパス回路と、
前記電気貯蔵装置を前記発電装置から切り離すカットアウト・モードを実行するための安全装置と、
前記電気貯蔵装置を保護するために構成された電池保護回路と、
前記発電装置の電圧出力に基づいて、前記電圧レギュレータ、前記バイパス回路又は前記安全装置の接続を切り換える計測回路と、を含み、
前記計測回路は、
i)前記発電装置の電圧出力が、バイパス閾値よりも上である場合には、前記電圧レギュレータの接続を有効にして前記線形モードを実行し、
ii)前記発電装置の電圧出力が、バイパス閾値よりも下で、かつカットアウト閾値よりも上である場合には、前記バイパス回路の接続を有効にして前記バイパス・モードを実行し、
iii)前記発電装置の電圧出力が、カットアウト閾値よりも下である場合には、前記安全装置の接続を有効にして前記カットアウト・モードを実行する、
ことを特徴とするフィールド装置。 - 前記通信モジュールがワイヤレス通信モジュールである請求項8に記載のフィールド装置。
