Description
図1に示す動力レンチはハウジング10を有し、ハウジング10にはハンドル11及び絞り弁トリガー12が設けられている。ハウジング10には、回転モーターが支持され、また出力軸13は、図示されていない流体式衝撃発生器を介してモーターに連結されている。ハンドル11にはまた、加圧空気供給導管17用の接続部16と、電気ケーブル20用の接続部19と、所望の方向に排気の流れを向ける出力偏向器23を備えた排気弁22が設けられている。加圧空気供給導管17は、衝撃レンチを加圧空気源に接続し、またケーブル20は、衝撃レンチを遠隔に配置された据置型電子プロセス制御装置25に接続している。この制御装置25は、所望の緊締戦略に従って、衝撃レンチにネジ継手の緊締動作を実行させるようにプログラム可能である。

Claims (4)
- 空気入口通路(28)、排気出口通路(29)及び手動操作型の絞り弁を備えたハウジング(10)と、モーターと、出力軸(13)と、モーターを出力軸(13)に連結する衝撃装置と、出力トルクに応じて電気信号を発生するトルク指示手段と、電気作動型の入口弁(30)と、衝撃レンチと連通するプログラム可能な動作制御装置(25)とを有するネジ継手を緊締する空気圧式衝撃レンチにおいて、
・入口弁(30)が、空気入口通路(28)に配置され、空気入口通路(28)を通る空気の流量を制御するよう構成され、
・電気作動型の排気弁(22)が、出口通路(29)を通して排気の流量を制御するよう構成され、
・制御装置(25)が、プログラムされた緊締戦略に従って且つトルク指示手段から受けた信号に応じて、前記入口弁(30)及び前記排気弁(22)を個々に作動するよう構成されていること
を特徴とする衝撃レンチ。 - 前記排気弁(22)が、ネジ継手の緊締過程中に排気の流量を調整するため制御装置(25)からの信号に応じて線形的に動作する電磁アクチュエータ(36)で作動するように構成した比例弁であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の衝撃レンチ。
- 前記入口弁(30)が、開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で移動可能な二位置弁であり、前記入口弁(30)が、開放位置に向けてバネ偏倚され、そして緊締目標状態に達すると、緊締過程を中断するため制御装置(25)で作動される電磁アクチュエータ(34)によって閉鎖位置に向けて偏移するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の衝撃レンチ。
- 前記排気弁(22)が、
・緊締過程の初期段階中、流量を制限する状態と、
・ネジ継手のプレテンション位相中の高い流量状態と、
・ネジ継手の緊締目標状態に近づく際に流量を制限する状態と、
の間で緊締過程中連続して調整されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の衝撃レンチ。
