Claims (4)
- 限流型固定接触子を有する限流型配線用遮断器の可動接触子アセンブリにおいて、
上面及び下面にそれぞれ互いに対称的に形成されるカムプロファイルを有する1対の曲面突部を備え、前記限流型固定接触子に接触する第1位置と、回路の異常大電流発生時に電磁反発力により前記限流型固定接触子から分離される第2位置とに回動可能であり、両端部に接点を有する可動接触子と、
内部で前記可動接触子を回動可能に支持し、中心を通る1対のスプリング収容凹部を外側面に有するシャフトと、
それぞれ前記可動接触子の曲面突部に接触する接触面及び1対のスプリング支持溝部を有し、前記可動接触子を中心に対称的に設置される1対の接触レバーと、
前記1対の接触レバーのスプリング支持溝部間に両端部を支持されて設置され、前記可動接触子が前記第1位置にあるときは前記可動接触子に前記限流型固定接触子との接触を維持する接触圧力として付勢力を与え、前記可動接触子が前記第2位置への回動を開始して反転点を超えると前記可動接触子に前記限流型固定接触子から分離される方向に付勢力を与え、前記シャフトのスプリング収容凹部内に収容され、前記可動接触子の両板面にそれぞれ1つずつ設けられる1対のスプリングと、
前記各接触レバーの回動支持点を提供するように、前記各接触レバーを貫通して前記シャフトに両端部が支持される接触レバーピンとを含み、
前記可動接触子のカムプロファイルは、
前記可動接触子が前記第1位置にあるときに前記可動接触子の接点側に加わる前記スプリングの付勢力を前記接触レバーを介して受ける第1曲面と、
前記可動接触子が前記第1位置から前記第2位置に回動する際に前記可動接触子の接点側よりも前記可動接触子の中心軸側に近い方向に加わり始める前記スプリングの付勢力を前記接触レバーを介して受け、前記可動接触子の接点に前記第1曲面よりも近い位置にある第2曲面と、
前記可動接触子が前記第1位置から前記第2位置に回動する際に前記可動接触子の中心軸側に作用する前記スプリングの付勢力を前記接触レバーを介して受け、前記可動接触子の接点に前記第2曲面よりも近い位置にある第3曲面と、を含み、
前記1対の接触レバーは、それぞれ、
1つの本体板部と、
前記接触レバーピンの接続のために前記本体板部から後方に曲がって形成される1対のピン接続突部と、
前記本体板部の一端から両側方に延設され、前記1対のスプリング支持溝部を有するスプリング支持板部と、を含むことを特徴とする限流型配線用遮断器の可動接触子アセンブリ。 - 前記可動接触子は、長手方向及び高さ方向の中央位置に長孔状に形成される第1中心軸孔部を有し、
前記シャフトは、中心部に形成される第2中心軸孔部を有し、
前記配線用遮断器の可動接触子アセンブリは、
離脱と偏心が防止されるように前記可動接触子を支持し、前記可動接触子の第1中心軸孔部と前記シャフトの第2中心軸孔部に挿入されて設置される可動接触子中心ピンをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の限流型配線用遮断器の可動接触子アセンブリ。 - 前記可動接触子中心ピンと前記スプリングの干渉が発生しないように、前記可動接触子中心ピンの長さが前記シャフトの第2中心軸孔部の長さを超えないことを特徴とする 請求項2に記載の限流型配線用遮断器の可動接触子アセンブリ。
- 前記1対の接触レバーは、それぞれ、
前記接触レバーピンの接続のための1対のピン接続突部と、
前記1対のピン接続突部の外側面にそれぞれ形成される第1円弧面とを含み、
前記シャフトは、
前記各接触レバーを回動可能に支持する1対の接触レバー支持凹部と、
前記接触レバー支持凹部の一側に形成され、対応する前記接触レバーの第1円弧面を支持する第2円弧面と、を含むことを特徴とする 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の限流型配線用遮断器の可動接触子アセンブリ。
