Claims (12)
- 複数の第1電極部材と、
前記複数の第1電極部材と交互に積層されるように配列された複数の第2電極部材と、
交互に積層された前記第1電極部材及び第2電極部材の間で巻き取られて、隣接した第1電極部材及び第2電極部材の間に位置する第1セパレータと、
交互に積層された前記第1電極部材及び第2電極部材の間で巻き取られて、隣接した前記第1電極部材及び第2電極部材の間に位置し、隣接した前記第1セパレータの間に位置する第2セパレータとを含み、
二つの前記セパレータが中心部にて内面が互いに対向し巻き取られた構造を有し、
前記第1セパレータには、複数の前記電極部材が付着され、前記第1セパレータに付着された複数の前記電極部材は、前記第1セパレータの外面に前記第1セパレータの長手方向に沿って互いに離隔して位置し、前記第1セパレータの前記外面に付着された複数の前記電極部材は、前記第1電極部材と前記第2電極部材とが交互に位置し、
前記第2セパレータには、複数の前記電極部材が付着され、前記第2セパレータに付着された複数の前記電極部材は、前記第2セパレータの外面に前記第2セパレータの長手方向に沿って互いに離隔して位置し、前記第2セパレータの前記外面に付着された複数の前記電極部材は、前記第1電極部材と前記第2電極部材とが交互に位置し、
前記電極部材は、前記第1セパレータ又は前記第2セパレータを間に挟んで互いに異なる極性の電極板が対向するように形成されることを特徴とする二次電池用電極組立体。 - 前記第1セパレータ部材の内側表面は、前記電極組立体の最も内側に位置し、前記第2セパレータ部材の内側表面は、前記第1セパレータ部材の内側表面と互いに対向するように前記電極組立体の最も内側に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用電極組立体。
- 積層された前記第1電極部材及び第2電極部材は、前記電極組立体の最も内側領域を含むように組み立てられ、前記第1セパレータ及び第2セパレータは、内側表面と内側及び外側端部とを備え、前記第1セパレータの内側表面は、前記電極組立体の最も内側領域に位置し、第2セパレータの内側表面は、第1セパレータと第2セパレータの内側表面が互いに対向するように最も内側領域に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用電極組立体。
- 前記第1セパレータと第2セパレータとの内側端部は、積層された電極部材の最も内側領域に位置することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池用電極組立体。
- 前記第1電極部材は、陽極板を含み、前記第2電極部材は、陰極板を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用電極組立体。
- 前記第1電極部材及び第2電極部材は、互いに異なる極性の前記電極板が交互に位置し、両面の前記電極板が同じ極性を有する構成を有し、
複数の別個のセパレータによって分離された複数の電極板を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用電極組立体。 - 前記第1電極部材は、第1及び第2陽極板並びに前記第1及び第2陽極板の間に位置する陰極板を含み、前記別個のセパレータは、前記第1及び第2陽極板と前記陰極板との間に位置することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池用電極組立体。
- 前記第2電極部材は、第1及び第2陰極板並びに前記第1及び第2陰極板の間に位置する陽極板を含み、前記別個のセパレータは、前記第1及び第2陰極板と前記陽極板との間に位置することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池用電極組立体。
- 前記第1電極部材及び第2電極部材のそれぞれは、その間に位置する別個のセパレータを有する陽極板及び陰極板を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池用電極組立体。
- 前記第1電極部材は、陽極板を含み、前記陽極板は、陽極集電体と、前記陽極集電体の両面にコーティングされた陽極活物質とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用電極組立体。
- 前記第2電極部材は、陰極板を含み、前記陰極板は、陰極集電体と、前記陰極集電体の両面にコーティングされた陰極活物質とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用電極組立体。
- 前記第1セパレータと、前記第2セパレータは、同じ方向に巻き取られたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用電極組立体。
