Description
循環流路に凝縮器、ポンプ及び蒸発器とともに介設されたバイナリー発電システムのスクリュ膨張機であって、
ケーシング内に形成したロータ室に互いに咬合する雌雄一対のスクリュロータを収容し、給気流路から前記ロータ室に供給される高圧の気体の膨張力を前記スクリュロータによって回転力に変換し、該回転力を出力軸に接続された発電機により電力に変換し、排気流路に膨張した低圧の前記気体を排気するスクリュ膨張機において、
前記ロータ室内の空間であって、前記給気流路および前記排気流路から前記スクリュロータによって隔離され得る中間圧力部と、給気側の前記循環流路に接続されて前記高圧の前記気体が供給されるバイパス流路とを連通させられるバルブ機構と、
前記給気流路の圧力の前記排気流路の圧力に対する比である運転膨張比が予め定められた設定値以下である場合に、前記バルブ機構を制御して前記中間圧力部と前記バイパス流路とを連通させる制御手段とを備え、
前記中間圧力部は、前記スクリュロータの角度によっては、前記給気流路に連通し、
前記バルブ機構は、前記中間圧力部および前記バイパス流路に連通する機能端面を有し、前記機能端面と反対側において、給気弁を介して前記循環流路を通じて前記給気流路に連通し、且つ、排気弁を介して前記排気流路に連通する柱状空間と、前記柱状空間内に嵌装され、前記機能端面に当接することにより前記中間圧力部と前記バイパス流路とを隔離するピストンとを備えるものとする。

Claims (2)
- 循環流路に凝縮器、ポンプ及び蒸発器とともに介設されたバイナリー発電システムのスクリュ膨張機であって、
ケーシング内に形成したロータ室に互いに咬合する雌雄一対のスクリュロータを収容し、給気流路から前記ロータ室に供給される高圧の気体の膨張力を前記スクリュロータによって回転力に変換し、該回転力を出力軸に接続された発電機により電力に変換し、排気流路に膨張した低圧の前記気体を排気するスクリュ膨張機において、
前記ロータ室内の空間であって、前記給気流路および前記排気流路から前記スクリュロータによって隔離され得る中間圧力部と、給気側の前記循環流路に接続されて前記高圧の前記気体が供給されるバイパス流路とを連通させられるバルブ機構と、
前記給気流路の圧力の前記排気流路の圧力に対する比である運転膨張比が予め定められた設定値以下である場合に、前記バルブ機構を制御して前記中間圧力部と前記バイパス流路とを連通させる制御手段とを備え、
前記中間圧力部は、前記スクリュロータの角度によっては、前記給気流路に連通し、
前記バルブ機構は、前記中間圧力部および前記バイパス流路に連通する機能端面を有し、前記機能端面と反対側において、給気弁を介して前記循環流路を通じて前記給気流路に連通し、且つ、排気弁を介して前記排気流路に連通する柱状空間と、前記柱状空間内に嵌装され、前記機能端面に当接することにより前記中間圧力部と前記バイパス流路とを隔離するピストンとを備えることを特徴とするスクリュ膨張機。 - 前記機能端面は、前記ロータ室の給気側端面の辺縁に開口することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスクリュ膨張機。
