Description

The present invention relates to a transfer device using a carriage that reciprocates between a loading point and an unloading point.

Conventionally, in an assembly line of an automobile factory or the like, vehicle assembly members are transported by an unmanned transport cart. As this type of transporting cart, the cart is moved forward by using the weight of the transported material, and energy is stored as the cart moves forward. After the transported material is taken out of the cart, the cart is moved backward by the stored energy. There is something which is made to do (refer to patent documents 1).

FIG. 5 shows a typical transport cart of this type. 1 A of conveyance trolleys provide the loading platform 2 which can be raised / lowered in the trolley | bogie part 10, and while supporting the loading platform 2 with the some coil spring 25, it is urging | biasing to the raising direction. Further, a rack portion 3 and a pinion portion 31 for converting the lifting / lowering operation of the loading platform 2 into a rotation operation are provided, and the rotation operation of the pinion portion 31 is transmitted to the drive wheels 12 via a plurality of gears 39.

When the transport vehicle 1A places the transported object M on the loading platform 2, the loading platform 2 descends against the urging force of the coil spring 25 due to its weight, and this lowering is converted into rotational operation by the rack section 3 and the pinion section 31. Then, it is transmitted to the drive wheel 12 to move forward.
When the conveyed product M is taken out from the loading platform 2 after the conveyance, the loading platform 2 is pushed up by the coil spring 25, and when the loading platform 2 is lifted, the pinion portion 31 rotates in the opposite direction to that at the time of the lowering. The reverse rotation is transmitted to the drive wheel 12 to move backward.

It is necessary to restrict movement of the transport carriage 1A at a loading point where the transported object M is loaded onto the loading platform 2 and an unloading point where the transported object M is taken out from the loading platform 2. In particular, even when the transported object M is being loaded on the loading platform 2 at the above loading point, the transport cart 1A starts moving when the weight of the transported product M is applied to the loading platform 2, so the transported vehicle M is moved until it is completely loaded on the loading platform 2. Need to be regulated.
In patent document 1, the lock part which connects the shelf part and the loading platform 2 in which the conveyance thing M was stored in the said loading point so that attachment / detachment is possible is provided, and an operator locks and cancels | releases the said lock part by manual operation. I try to do it. At the unloading point, a stopper for automatically engaging the loading platform 2 and the shelf for unloading the conveyed product M upon arrival is provided and connected by this.
However, at the loading point, an operator must lock the loading platform 2 on the shelf, load the transported object M on the loading platform 2, and then release the lock, which is troublesome. If the operator forgets to lock, there is a risk that the carriage 10 starts to move while the conveyed product M is being loaded and the conveyed product M falls.
In general, the transported object M is placed on a tray or the like and transported integrally with the tray. After transporting, it is necessary to return the empty tray from which the transported object M has been taken out from the unloading point to the loading point. There is.
Therefore, the present invention can reliably regulate the movement of the carriage at the loading point and the unloading point where the conveyed item is delivered to the carriage, and the return of the empty tray to the loading point is workability. An object of the present invention is to provide a carrier device using a carriage that can be often used.

The one end 61 is tapered from the claw portion to the tip.
The other end 62 of the hook member 6 faces downward, and one end of a connecting member 67 is connected to the tip.

The actuating member 7 is made of a substantially L-shaped metal plate, and a bent portion is supported at the front side position of the lateral frame 104 on both the left and right sides of the carriage unit 10 by a support shaft 70 so as to be vertically rotatable. The actuating member 7 is in an upright posture with one end 71 facing upward, and a connecting rod 73 (FIG. 2) is installed between the one end 71 of the left and right actuating members 7 raised above the upper surface of the cargo bed 2 so as to straddle the cargo bed 2. It is.

The actuating member 7 is connected to the other end 72 at the other end of the connecting member 67 and is held in the standing posture when the hook member 6 is in the engaging position. Then, as shown by the phantom line in FIG. 1, when the conveyed product M is placed on the loading platform 2 from the shelf S (white arrow), the front end of the conveyed product M is connected to the connecting rod 73 connecting the left and right operating members 7. Then, the actuating member 7 is pushed down to the front lying position via the connecting rod 73. As the actuating member 7 is turned down, the one end 61 of the hook member 6 is turned downward via the connecting member 67, so that the engagement with the shelf S is released.

At the front end of the transport carriage 1, as an engaging means for engaging with the shelf L at the upper and lower intermediate positions of the left and right vertical frames 101 at the unloading point shown in FIG. A magnet 8 as an attracting member to be attracted by L is provided.

A tray table 16 is formed at the upper end of the transport carriage 1 by fixing a horizontal plate on the horizontal frame 102. On both the left and right sides of the tray base 16, there are provided restriction pipes 106 that extend in the front-rear direction between the upper ends of the front and rear vertical frames 101 and restrict lateral movement of the tray T placed on the tray base 16. It should be noted that no restriction pipes are provided on both the front and rear sides of the tray base 16 so that the tray T can be transferred in the front-rear direction.

A transport operation by the transport device will be described with reference to FIGS. The conveyed product M is placed on a tray T formed of a rectangular container body, and is conveyed integrally with the tray T. As shown in FIG. 1, the transport cart 1 is engaged with the shelf portion S by the hook member 6 in a state where the transport cart 1 is in close proximity to the shelf portion S at the loading point, and the forward movement of the transport cart 1 is restricted. .
When the conveyed product M is moved from the shelf S to the loading platform 2, the actuating member 7 is tilted forward and the hook member 6 is moved from the engagement position to the disengagement position via the connecting member 67. It rotates and the engagement with the shelf S is released. In this case, since the operation member 7 is provided on the front side of the transport carriage 1, the engagement with the shelf S is not released until the transported object M is completely moved to the loading platform 2.

When the carriage 1 is disengaged from the shelf S, the wire 51 is pulled out against the urging force of the spring balancer 5 due to the weight of the transported object M placed on the platform 2, and the platform 2 is As a result of the downward movement of the rack portion 3 (in the direction of arrow D), the pinion portion 31 rotates in the direction of arrow F, and the drive wheels 12 are rotationally driven in the direction of arrow F to advance the transport carriage 1 (white arrow F). direction).

As shown in FIG. 3, when the conveyance carriage 1 is closely opposed arrive to the ledge L to unloading point, adsorbed to the left and right strut L2 of the right and left of the magnet 8 ledge L provided at the front end of the conveyance carriage 1 Then, the transport carriage 1 is engaged with the shelf L.
In this case, the conveyance carriage 1 is provided with a stopper (not shown) that restricts the lowering of the loading platform 2 so that the lowering position of the loading platform 2 is aligned with the height of the shelf L. The stopper that restricts the upper limit of the lift of the loading platform 2 and the stopper that regulates the lower limit of the lowering of the loading platform 2 are provided in, for example, the guide rail 4 so as to restrict the raising and lowering of the guide piece 41. desirable.

Even if the conveyed product M is moved from the loading platform 2 to the shelf portion L at the unloading point, the movement of the transportation cart 1 is restricted by the adsorption to the shelf portion L by the magnet 8. When moving the conveyed product M to the shelf L,
Since the loading platform 2 is lowered, the conveyed product M passes under the connecting rod 73 and moves to the shelf L without interfering with the operation member 7.
At the unloading point, the conveyed product M is taken out from the tray T, and an empty tray T is loaded on the conveying cart 1 and returned to the loading point.
The shelf L at the unloading point has a two-stage structure and is provided with a tray shelf L1 in the upper stage, and the tray shelf L1 and the tray base 16 of the transport carriage 1 have substantially the same height. An empty tray T is carried into the tray shelf L1 by a conveyor (not shown).

The tray shelf L1 is provided with a push rod 9 made of a telescopic cylinder device so as to push an empty tray T to the tray base 16. When the empty tray T is carried into the tray shelf L1 by the conveyor or the like, the push rod 9 automatically pushes the empty tray T to the tray base 16 of the transfer carriage 1, and at this time, the transfer carriage 1 is moved backward. It functions as a disengagement means that pushes away and releases the engagement between the shelf L and the transport carriage 1.

The push rod 9 is installed along the lower surface of the tray shelf L1. Corresponding to the push rod 9, the tray shelf L1 is formed with a slit that bisects the shelf in the width direction. The push rod 9 penetrates the slit and protrudes onto the shelf to push the empty tray T. The 1st extrusion part 91 to take out is formed. Further, a second push-out portion 92 that protrudes downward from the tray table 16 of the transport carriage 1 is formed at the tip of the push rod 9, and this is in contact with the contact portion 17 provided on the lower surface of the tray table 16. The conveying cart 1 is pushed backward.

The cargo M is unloaded from the loading platform 2 and transferred to the shelf L at the point where the loading platform 2 is unloaded, and the empty tray T is loaded into the tray shelf L1 and is moved to the tray shelf L1 by the first pushing portion 91 of the push rod 9. When the transport carriage 1 is pushed out from L1 to the tray base 16 and the transport carriage 1 is pushed backward by the second pushing portion 92 of the push rod 9, the transport carriage 1 is unloaded by the unwinding of the wire 51 of the spring balancer 5. The rack portion 3 is raised (in the direction of arrow U), the pinion portion 31 and the drive wheel 12 are rotated in the direction of arrow R through the pinion portion 31, and the transport carriage 1 is retracted in the direction of white arrow R to be loaded (FIG. 1). Return to. At the loading point, the taper portion of one end 61 of the hook member 6 comes into contact with the engagement frame S1 of the shelf portion S, and when the transport carriage 1 is further retracted, the claw portion of the one end 61 of the hook member 6 engages the engagement frame S1. Beyond this, it engages with this to regulate the movement of the transport carriage 1. This completes one transport operation in which the transport cart 1 reciprocates between the loading point and the unloading point, and this operation is repeated for each new transport object.

According to the present embodiment, since the forward movement of the transport carriage 1 is restricted by engaging the hook member 6 of the transport carriage 1 with the shelf S at the loading point, as in the prior art, from the shelf S to the load platform 2. There is no possibility that the carriage moves forward during the delivery of the conveyed product M to the vehicle and the conveyed product falls, and the conveyed product M can be safely delivered from the shelf S to the loading platform 2.
Further, when the conveyed product M is completely delivered to the loading platform 2, the engagement of the hook member 6 and the shelf S is automatically released by the operation of the operation member 7, so that the conveyance cart 1 starts moving forward,
The conveyed product M can be smoothly conveyed from the loading point to the unloading point.

On the other hand, at the unloading point, the transport carriage 1 is attracted and engaged with the shelf L by the magnet 8 to restrict the backward movement of the transport carriage 1, so that the delivery of the transported article M from the load platform 2 to the shelf L is safe. To be made.
In addition, the transport carriage 1 is provided with a tray base 16 and a tray shelf L1 at the unloading point shelf L. The push rod 9 pushes and transfers an empty tray T from the tray shelf L1 to the tray base 16 at the same time. Since the transport carriage 1 is pushed backward, the engagement of the magnet 8 with the shelf L is released, and the empty tray T is returned to the loading point with good workability.

In the present embodiment, at the unloading point, the transport carriage 1 is engaged with the shelf L by the magnet 8 and the above engagement is released by the push rod 9. In the same manner as above, a hook member that engages with the shelf L at the unloading point is provided, and an operation member that releases the engagement when an empty tray is placed on the tray base of the transport carriage 1 is provided. Also good. However, at the unloading point, even if a part of the conveyed product M is placed on the loading platform even during the delivery of the conveyed product M from the loading platform 2 to the shelf L, the loading platform 2 does not rise and the conveying cart 1 moves backward. Therefore, the adsorption by the magnet 8 is sufficient, and the structure can be simplified.
Although a structure supported by a coil spring 25 shown in FIG. 5 can be used as a means for supporting the loading platform 2 of the transport carriage 1, the structure using the spring balancer 5 is simple and the adjustment of the spring force is easy. This is advantageous.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the present invention in which the transport cart 1 is constituted by another hook member 6A and another actuating member 7A that engage with the shelf S at the loading point. The basic structure of the transport carriage 1 is the same as that of the previous embodiment, and FIG. 4 is a plan view of the main part when the vicinity of the intermediate horizontal frame 104 on the left side of the transport carriage 1 is viewed from above.
The vertical frame 101 at the rear end of the carriage unit 10 is provided with a bracket projecting in a horizontal direction at a position higher than the loading platform 2, and a support shaft 60 is erected perpendicularly to the bracket. It is supported so as to be rotatable in the direction.

The hook member 6A has a claw portion formed at one end 61 projecting rearward of the cart portion 10 and engages with a pipe-like column S2 erected on the end of the shelf portion S (represented by an imaginary line in the figure). ) To regulate the movement of the transport carriage 1. The hook member 6A is urged to rotate in the engagement direction. One end of a connecting member 67 is connected to the other end 62 of the hook member 6A.

The vertical frame 101 at the front end of the carriage unit 10 is provided with a bracket projecting in the horizontal direction, and a support shaft 70 is erected vertically thereto, and the operation member 7A is supported by the support shaft 70 so as to be rotatable in the horizontal direction. It is. The actuating member 7 </ b> A is arranged in an oblique posture (virtual line) with one end 71 directed toward the center side of the loading platform 2, and the other end is supported by the support shaft 70. The intermediate portion of the actuating member 7A is connected to the other end 62 of the hook member 6A via a connecting member 67. The intermediate portion of the connecting member 67 is bent in a concave shape avoiding the wire 51 of the spring balancer that supports the loading platform 2.

According to this, when the conveyed product M is moved from the shelf S to the loading platform 2, the conveyed product M hits one end 71 of the operating member 7A and pushes it forward. When the actuating member 7A rotates (represented by a solid line in the figure), the other end 62 of the hook member 6A is pulled via the connecting member 67, and the hook member 6A rotates to the disengagement position (solid line). Release the movement restriction of the transport cart.
