Description
−バルブアセンブリは、幾つかのバルブ又は保護装置ではなく、1つのみの細部、すなわち安全バルブコーンによって、差圧センサーを大きな差圧から保護する。
−バルブアセンブリは差圧センサーを大きな差圧から保護するが、この保護機能は、高圧側に接続する接続側がどちらであるのかに関係ない。
−この保護は、校正コーンの位置、測定位置又はゼロ点校正及びフラッシングの組み合わせた位置に関係なく常に有効である。
−安全バルブコーンは、「トリガー」された後は、その初期位置に常に戻り、トリガーされると再び保護位置になる。
−バルブアセンブリは、フラッシング及びゼロ点校正において、すなわち初期位置において二重の保護機能を含み、それによって、バルブアセンブリを流体システムに接続することによって、差圧センサーが高圧に晒されるというリスクが最小になる。
−安全バルブコーンは対称であり、その結果、バルブ本体内の意図するキャビティ内に取り付けられることによって、誤って回転することができない。
Claims (6)
- 流体システム内の差圧を測定するシステムに含まれる装置であって、
該装置は、
前記流体システムに接続する2つの接続部(13、14)を有するバルブ本体(7)と、
前記差圧を記録する差圧センサー(12)と連通するダクト(32、33)と、
該ダクト(32、33)と接する第1のキャビティ(22)と
を含むバルブアセンブリ(1)であり、
前記第1のキャビティ(22)は、該第1のキャビティ(22)内で測定位置と前記バルブアセンブリ(1)をゼロ点校正及びフラッシングする位置との間で変位可能な校正コーン(10)を含み、
さらに、該校正コーン(10)はシール要素(27)を含むと共に該シール要素が前記ダクト(32、33)を前記第1のキャビティ(22)から遮蔽することにより、前記校正コーン(10)は、前記測定位置以外の位置、すなわちその初期位置では前記差圧センサー(12)を前記流体システムから分離する装置において、
前記バルブアセンブリ(1)は、安全バルブコーン(8)を有する第2のキャビティ(15)を含み、該安全バルブコーン(8)は、該安全バルブコーン(8)が規定の値よりも大きい差圧により前記低圧側に向かう方向へ変位するように配置されていることによって、前記差圧センサー(12)を大きな差圧から保護し、その結果、高圧側と低圧側との間で、前記一方の接続部(13)すなわち前記高圧側から、前記バルブ本体(7)内の前記第2のキャビティ(15)を介して、また前記安全バルブコーン(8)内に設けられているキャビティ(24)及びリセス(25)を介して、前記他方の接続部(14)すなわち前記低圧側までの通路が開き、それによって圧力の平衡が生じることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記安全バルブコーン(8)は、該安全バルブコーン(8)がその初期位置において、前記第2のキャビティ(15)に向かう又はつながる前記2つの接続部(13、14)のオリフィス間に配置されていることによって、前記接続部(13、14)のうちのどちらがそれぞれ前記高圧側及び前記低圧側を構成するかに関係なく、常に前記低圧側に向かって変位可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記安全バルブコーン(8)は、流れ方向において、その校正コーン(10)を有する前記第1のキャビティ(22)の前かつ前記差圧センサー(12)の前に配置されており、それによって、前記差圧センサー(12)は、前記校正コーン(10)がその測定位置にあるか、又は前記バルブアセンブリ(1)をゼロ点校正及びフラッシングのための位置、すなわちその初期位置にあるかに関係なく、大きな差圧から常に保護されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 安全バルブコーン(8)は、前記第2のキャビティ(15)が前記安全バルブコーン(8)のそれぞれの側に配置されている戻しばね(9a、9b)を含むことによって、前記差圧が規定の値よりも小さくなると、前記第2のキャビティ(15)に向かう又はつながる前記2つの接続部(13、14)のオリフィス間でその初期位置に戻るように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記差圧センサー(12)は、該差圧センサー(12)を前記流体システムから分離することと、前記安全バルブコーン(8)が同時に前記初期位置において前記差圧センサー(12)を保護することとによって、前記校正コーン(10)が、前記バルブアセンブリ(1)の前記初期位置において、すなわち前記バルブアセンブリ(1)の接続により、大きな差圧に対する二重の安全機能を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記安全バルブコーン(8)は、該安全バルブコーン(8)が方向付けられるそれぞれの移動方向に関して対称であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
