従属請求項13は、潤滑材の量をモニターする本発明の装置の好適実施例に関し、音響放射の起源の位置を決定し、潤滑材の最適量を決定し、および/もしくはピストンリングおよび/もしくは滑動対の表面の状態を決定する方法にも関する。
Claims (3)
- 周期的に動作する装置に音響的に結合されてノイズを検出する2つのセンサーであって、前記ノイズから信号パターンを生成するフィルタ装置を有するセンサーと、
前記周期的に動作する装置が通常の動作のときに発生するノイズの時系列信号を示す標準信号パターンを記憶可能な記憶装置と、
前記フィルタ装置が生成した前記信号パターンを前記記憶装置に記憶されている前記標準信号パターンと比較することにより前記フィルタ装置が生成した前記信号パターンの異常を検出する、評価手段と、
を含み、
前記2つのセンサーの信号が、所謂交差相関により互いに比較され、
前記フィルタ装置が生成した前記信号パターンの異常が前記周期的に動作する装置のサイクル中の位置と関連付けられて該異常の発生位置が決定される、周期的に動作する装置のノイズの信号パターンの検出装置。 - 前記ノイズは内燃機関の動作ノイズであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のノイズの信号パターンの検出装置。
- 前記信号パターンの前記異常がクランクアングルと関連付けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のノイズの信号パターンの検出装置。
