Description
コークス化室を一つの石炭層(一層の石炭層)で満たし、次いで石炭を加熱し、それによって石炭から揮発性の石炭成分を放出し、
供給された吸気(一次空気)によって液状の石炭成分を部分的に酸化させ、
ガス混合物を煙道ガス通路を介してコークス炉底に供給し、
前記液状の石炭成分及びガスを煙道ガス通路を介してコークス炉底に供給し、この場合、
前記煙道ガス通路を、コークス化室の側壁内又は側壁に配置し、
前記コークス炉底内で、未燃焼の液状の石炭成分を燃焼させ、
コークス化室にもまたコークス炉底にも、空気を限定的に供給するための装置を設け、この場合、温度を測定し、必要に応じて冷却のために水蒸気を導入し、
水蒸気の供給を、いつでも、コークス炉構成材料が晒される最大温度1400℃を越えないように制御して、水蒸気の温度を150℃乃至300℃にするようにした。
Claims (7)
- 非回収型又は熱回収型のコークス炉のコークス化室内でコークスを製造するための方法であって、
コークス化室を一つの石炭層で満たし、
石炭を加熱し、石炭から揮発性の石炭成分を放出し、
供給された吸気(一次空気)によって揮発性の石炭成分を部分的に酸化させ、
前記揮発性の石炭成分及びガスを煙道ガス通路を介してコークス炉底内に供給し、
前記煙道ガス通路を、コークス化室の側壁内又は側壁に配置し、
前記コークス炉底内で、未燃焼の揮発性の石炭成分を燃焼させ、
コークス化室にもまたコークス炉底にも、空気を限定的に供給するための装置を設ける、方法において、
温度を測定し、
必要に応じて冷却のために水蒸気を導入し、
水蒸気の供給を、いつでも、コークス炉構成材料が晒される最大温度1400℃を越えないように制御して、水蒸気の温度を150℃乃至300℃にする、
ことを特徴とする、石炭をコークス化するための方法。 - コークス化室内の温度を測定し、必要に応じて冷却のために水蒸気をコークス化室のガス室内に導入する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 必要に応じて、コークス炉底を冷却するために煙道ガス通路内に水蒸気を導入する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 水蒸気を、高められた圧力で導入する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 水蒸気を、水蒸気・空気混合物として供給する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法を実施するための装置において、
コークス炉壁内に、又は煙道ガス通路内に開口が設けられており、該開口を介して水蒸気又は水蒸気・空気混合物が導入されるようになっており、
複数のコークス炉に通じる中央の蒸気導管が設けられており、前記中央の蒸気導管の分岐部が前記開口に通じている、
ことを特徴とする、石炭をコークス化するための装置。 - 前記開口に、コークス化時間に亘って必要な水蒸気量を変えるための調量装置及び制御機構が設けられている、請求項6記載の装置。
