Description
Claims (9)
- モジュール式の調節器アセンブリであって、
・アクチュエータケーシング、
・前記アクチュエータケーシングへと接続されたバルブ本体、
・複数のダイアフラムアセンブリから選択され、前記アクチュエータケーシング内に作動可能に接続され、前記複数のダイアフラムアセンブリから選択される第2のダイアフラムアセンブリと入れ換え可能である第1のダイアフラムアセンブリ、
・前記アクチュエータケーシング内に着脱可能に接続された第1のステムガイドであって、前記第1のダイアフラムアセンブリへと作動可能に接続されたバルブステムをスライド可能に受け入れるための穴を備えており、複数のステムガイドから選択され、前記複数のステムガイドから選択される第2のステムガイドと入れ換え可能である第1のステムガイド、および
・前記第1のステムガイドの外表面と前記アクチュエータケーシングの内表面との間に位置し、前記第1のステムガイドを前記アクチュエータケーシングまたは前記バルブ本体の少なくとも一方に位置を合わせる複数のシールを備えているモジュール式の調節器アセンブリ。 - 前記複数のダイアフラムアセンブリが、複数の入れ換え可能な放圧弁座、放圧バルブステム、押し柱、ダイアフラム、ダイアフラム板、およびレバーを含んでいる請求項1に記載のモジュール式の調節器アセンブリ。
- 前記複数のダイアフラムアセンブリからのダイアフラムアセンブリが、内部での放圧を行わないアセンブリ、トークン式の内部での放圧のアセンブリ、完全な内部での放圧のアセンブリ、高圧ダイアフラムアセンブリ、または低圧ダイアフラムアセンブリをもたらす請求項1に記載のモジュール式の調節器アセンブリ。
- 前記シールのそれぞれが、oリングである請求項1に記載のモジュール式の調節器アセンブリ。
- 前記シールが、前記第1のステムガイドを前記アクチュエータケーシング内に保持すべく、前記アクチュエータケーシングの内面に摩擦を伴って係合する請求項1に記載のモジュール式の調節器アセンブリ。
- 前記第1のステムガイドが、圧力平衡式のトリム様式へと接続され、前記第2のステムガイドが、非圧力平衡式のトリム様式へと接続される請求項1に記載のモジュール式の調節器アセンブリ。
- 前記第1のステムガイドが、本体と、前記バルブ本体の出口を前記第1のダイアフラムアセンブリへと流体連通させるための通路をさらに備えている請求項1に記載のモジュール式の調節器アセンブリ。
- 前記第1のステムガイドが、ねじを保持するための穴をさらに備えており、
前記ねじが前記穴から取り外されて、前記本体を貫いて延びている前記通路へと接続されることによって、前記通路と前記第1のダイアフラムアセンブリとの間の連通を阻止する請求項7に記載のモジュール式の調節器アセンブリ。 - 前記モジュール式の調節器が、直接動作の調節器、圧力荷重が加えられた調節器、またはパイロット操作の調節器である請求項1に記載のモジュール式の調節器アセンブリ。
