Claims (3)
- 排気ガスを液体と接触させることで粘着性物質を分離・回収する排気ガス処理装置であって、前記排気ガス処理装置に設けられた拡張室と、前記拡張室内部へ排気ガスを流入させる排気ガス取入口と、前記排気ガス取入口の下方に設置された傾斜板と、前記傾斜板の表面に油を流下させることのできる第1溢流口と、前記傾斜板の表面から流下する油を貯留する油受けと、前記油受けの反前記傾斜板側に配置された油吸入口と、前記油受けの上方に設けられた上部拡張室と、前記上部拡張室の出口に接続された排気ガス通路において、少なくとも前記排気ガス通路の一部を形成する直立面と、前記直立面上に油を流下させることのできる第2溢流口と、前記第1溢流口を上部開口とする第1貯留部と、前記第2溢流口を上部開口とする第2貯留部と、を有し、前記第1貯留部および第2貯留部は絞り又は開閉バルブを介して連通され、前記第2溢流口が前記第1溢流口よりも高い位置に設けられていることを特徴とする排気ガス処理装置。
- 前記上部拡張室にフィルターが設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
- 前記油受けに貯留された油を、前記油吸入口より吸入した後、前記第1溢流口または第2溢流口の少なくとも1つへ供給することにより油を循環させることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
