Description
a)50〜99重量%のウレタンエラストマー;
b)0.1〜15重量%のプロピレン共重合体;
c)0.1〜25重量%のオレフィン変性された熱可塑性物質;及び、
d)0.1〜30重量%のオレフィンブロック重合体;
を含む。
a)50〜99重量%のウレタンエラストマー;
b)0.1〜15重量%のプロピレン−エチレン共重合体;
c)0.1〜25重量%のオレフィン変性された熱可塑性物質;及び、
d)0.1〜30重量%のオレフィンブロック重合体;
の乾燥産物を含み、
前記膜は0.3〜3.0mmの厚さを有し、60〜90のショアA硬度を有する。
Claims (14)
- 車両内装部材用膜を形成する方法であって、当該方法が:
a)60〜70重量%のウレタンエラストマーと;
b)5.0〜7.5重量%のプロピレン−エチレン共重合体と;
c)7.5〜15重量%のSEBSと;
d)5.0〜12.5重量%のオレフィンブロック共重合体と;
e)0.5〜2.5重量%の表面変性モンモリロナイトナノ粘土と;
を含む組成物を有するシートを提供するステップと;
金型を提供するステップと;
成形可能になるまで前記シートを加熱するステップと;
前記金型の表面に前記シートを配置するステップと;
前記金型に吸引機をあてて、前記シートを実質的に前記金型の形にするステップと;
形成した膜を前記金型から取り外すステップと;
を具え、前記形成された膜が、0.3〜3.0mmの厚さを有し、かつ、60〜90のショアA硬度を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記オレフィンブロック共重合体のブロック長さの分布が可変であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法において、前記オレフィンブロック共重合体は70〜80のショアA硬度を有し、0.8〜0.9g/cm3の密度を有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記SEBSが50〜60のショアA硬度を有し、0.95〜1.05g/cm3の密度を有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記プロピレン−エチレン共重合体が60〜70のショアA硬度を有し、結晶化度が20重量%未満であり、0.8〜0.9g/cm3の密度を有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記表面変性モンモリロナイトナノ粘土が1.0〜2.0重量%の量で存在することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法が更に、10重量%未満のTPUベース色素を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法が更に、0.1〜8.0重量%の色素を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、 前記ショアA硬度が65〜85であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記ショアA硬度が70〜80であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記膜が2.0%未満の間隙率を有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記膜の最大抗張力が3.0〜6.0MPaであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記膜の引裂強度が15〜35kN/Mであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記膜の密度が1.0〜1.10g/cm3であることを特徴とする方法。
