Claims (9)
- 燃焼器(30)と、
触媒を覆い、燃焼中に触媒が汚れることを阻止する保護コーティング(58)を備える触媒反応器(14)と
を備え、
前記触媒反応器(14)が前記燃焼器(30)内にある間に、化学的除去と機械的除去とその両方のいずれかによって、前記保護コーティング(58)を除去することができ、前記保護コーティング(58)は、前記触媒反応器(14)の前記触媒が損傷することなしに除去することができ、前記保護コーティング(58)が、水酸化マグネシウム懸濁液、次サリチル酸ビスマス、スルホン酸マグネシウム、又は硫酸マグネシウムを含む、システム(10)。 - 前記保護コーティング(58)が、圧縮機の洗浄中に除去することができる水溶性コーティングを含む、請求項1記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記保護コーティング(58)が触媒として活性である、請求項1記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記触媒(56)が、前記触媒反応器(14)内のハニカムセルと管状構造物のうちの少なくとも一方の触媒床(54)の表面に配置され、前記保護コーティング(58)が、前記触媒(56)を覆う層として配置された、請求項1記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記触媒(56)が、燃焼中のNOx排出物を低減させるように構成された、請求項1記載のシステム(10)。
- タービン(22)、圧縮機(18)、タービンエンジン(12)またはこれらの組合せを備える、請求項1記載のシステム(10)。

- 触媒反応器(14)内の触媒コーティング(56)を覆う保護コーティング(58)を塗布するステップ(62)を含み、前記保護コーティング(58)が、前記触媒反応器(14)が燃焼器(30)内にある間に除去されるように構成され、前記保護コーティング(58)は、前記触媒反応器(14)の前記触媒が損傷することなしに除去することができ、前記保護コーティング(58)が、水酸化マグネシウム懸濁液、次サリチル酸ビスマス、スルホン酸マグネシウム、又は硫酸マグネシウムを含む、方法(60)。
- 前記保護コーティング(58)を除去して、前記触媒コーティング(56)を露出させるステップ(66)を含む、請求項8記載の方法。
