Claims (8)
- 濾過器ハウジング(4)と、前記ハウジング(4)内に形成された燃料入口(2)および燃料出口(3)と、ならびに前記ハウジング(4)内に配列された円筒形の濾過要素(6)と、所定の場合において、前記燃料の流動を可能にするように前記濾過要素(6)の端部を閉じる終端要素(13、14)と、を有する自動車両用燃料濾過器(1)であって、前記濾過要素(6)が前記車両の本体電位に接続される接地要素に電気的に接続され、前記接地要素が帯電防止性挿入部(8)として形成されて前記濾過要素(6)の内部に設けられ、前記帯電防止性挿入部(8)の底端領域には壁(9)が形成され、この壁(9)の下方には、一端が開口したシート部(10)が形成され、このシート部(10)内には、燃料圧調整弁(11)との電気的接続を提供し且つ導電性材料で作られた螺旋形のバネ(12)が設けられていることを特徴とする燃料濾過器。
- 前記帯電防止性挿入部(8)は、前記円筒形の濾過要素(6)の内周面に嵌合された挿入部として形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料濾過器。
- 前記帯電防止性挿入部(8)は、管状体であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の燃料濾過器。
- 前記管状体の周面には、燃料と接触する表面積を増加させる開口部(15)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料濾過器。
- 前記シート部(10)は、前記帯電防止性挿入部(8)と同軸上に配列されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料濾過器。
- 燃料圧調整弁(11)は、前記帯電防止性挿入部(8)および導電性材料の前記螺旋形のバネ(12)と同軸上に前記濾過器ハウジング(4)内に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の燃料濾過器。
- 前記帯電防止性挿入部(8)は、ぴったり留めること(snapping)により前記濾過要素(6)の内部に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の燃料濾過器。
- 前記終端要素(13、14)は、前記帯電防止性挿入部(8)を前記濾過要素(6)の内部に固定することを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の燃料濾過器。
