文献2において提案されている。この特許文献2において提案されている開瞼器は、眼窩に挿入されて眼球の一部に接して覆うように構成された柔軟性のある成形枠体に、眼科手術または診察のために眼球にアクセスする開口を備えたものである。また、同特許文献には、成形枠体にハンドルを取り付けることも示されている。

Claims (5)
- バネ性を持つようU字状に湾曲形成された1本のアームと、該アームの両端にそれぞれ結合されて上瞼と下瞼にそれぞれ引っ掛ける2つの瞼押え部とを有し、全体が樹脂の一体成形品として構成され、前記アームのバネ反発力によって開瞼状態を保つものであり、
前記瞼押え部が、瞼の内側に差し込まれる内側挿入片と、瞼の外側を押える外側押え片と、を持つ断面U字状の湾曲プレートよりなり、前記内側挿入片よりも前記外側押え片の方が、瞼の縁に沿う方向の長さが大きく設定されていることを特徴とする開瞼器。 - 前記外側押え片の瞼の縁に沿う方向の長さが16mm以上に設定されると共に、前記内側挿入片の瞼の縁に沿う方向の長さが15mm以下に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の開瞼器。
- 前記湾曲プレートの厚みが、前記内側挿入片と外側押え片のつながるU字状の湾曲部よりも、少なくとも前記内側挿入片側の先端部が薄くなるように変化していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の開瞼器。
- 前記湾曲プレートの厚みが、前記内側挿入片と外側押え片のつながるU字状の湾曲部から、両先端部に向けて徐々に薄くなるように変化していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の開瞼器。
- 前記外側押え片よりも前記内側挿入片の方が、瞼の内側に挿入する方向の寸法が小さく設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の開瞼器。
