Claims (4)
- NiとCoの少なくとも一方を主成分とする耐熱合金基材の表面に結合層を介して酸化物系セラミクスよりなる遮熱層を有する耐熱部材を備えたガスタービンであって、前記結合層は、Ni、Co、Cr及びAlからなり、かつAlよりも酸化しやすい元素を含まず、残りが不可避の不純物である合金により形成されていることを特徴とするガスタービン。
- 前記Alよりも酸化しやすい元素は、Y、Hf、Ce、La、Th、Sm、Ndであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスタービン。
- 請求項1において、前記結合層の合金組成がNiとCo:50〜75重量%、Cr:5〜40重量%及びAl:1〜30重量%よりなることを特徴とするガスタービン。
- 請求項1において、前記遮熱層の酸化物系セラミックスが部分安定化ジルコニアよりなることを特徴とするガスタービン。
