Claims (10)
- 内部で光の等方散乱が生じる生体を計測対象とし、該計測対象から射出される光を受光する光計測装置において、前記計測対象の保持に用いられる計測対象保持具であって、
内部で前記光の等方散乱が生じる光学特性を有する材質によって予め設定された外形形状で形成されたブロックと、
前記計測対象の外形に沿った内面形状で前記ブロックの内部に形成されて、前記計測対象が収容される空洞部と、
を含む計測対象保持具。 - 前記ブロックが円筒状に形成され、該ブロックの軸方向に前記計測対象の体長方向が沿うように前記空洞部が形成された請求項1に記載の計測対象保持具。
- 前記ブロックが、前記空洞部を通過する面で複数に分割される請求項1又は請求項2に記載の計測対象保持具。
- 前記空洞部が、少なくとも前記計測対象で計測部位として設定されている部位を収容するように形成されている請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載の計測対象保持具。
- 内部で光の等方散乱が生じる光学特性を有する材質によって予め設定された外形形状で形成され、かつ、内部に光の等方散乱が生じる生体の外形形状に沿った内面形状で空洞部が形成され、該空洞部内に前記生体が収容されることにより該生体が保持されるブロック、
を有する生体保持具。 - 前記ブロックが円筒状に形成され、その軸方向が前記生体の体長方向に沿うように前記空洞部が形成された請求項5に記載の生体保持具。
- 前記ブロックが、前記空洞部を通過する面で複数に分割される請求項5又は請求項6に記載の生体保持具。
- 励起光が照射されることにより蛍光を発する蛍光体が投与された生体が収容される前記請求項5から請求項7の何れか1項に記載の生体保持具と、
前記生体が収容された前記生体保持具の前記ブロックを前記生体の体長方向の両端部で保持する保持手段と、
前記保持手段に保持された前記ブロック内の前記生体へ向けて前記励起光を照射する光源ヘッドと、
前記光源ヘッドから照射された前記励起光により前記生体内の前記蛍光体から発せられる蛍光を受光する受光ヘッドと、
を含む光計測装置。 - 前記蛍光体ごとに定まる前記励起光の波長、前記蛍光の波長及び、前記励起光が前記ブロックに照射されることにより前記ブロック内で生じるラマン効果によりブロックから発せられるラマン散乱光の波長に基づいて、前記蛍光の波長と前記ラマン散乱光の極大値を取る波長とが所定長以上離間するように、前記励起光の波長及び前記蛍光体並びに前記ブロックの材質が設定されている請求項8に記載の光計測装置。
- 前記蛍光の波長と前記ラマン散乱光の極大値を取る波長とを離間する前記所定波長が、前記受光ヘッドに設ける光学フィルタの分光特性によって定めた波長である、請求項9に記載の光計測装置。
