Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a V-belt continuously variable transmission for a motorcycle .
Conventionally, as seen in, for example, Patent Document 1 (FIGS. 2 to 5), as a V-belt continuously variable transmission, a drive pulley (47) supported by a primary shaft (11) and a secondary shaft (50) A supported driven pulley (52), a V belt (55) stretched between the driving pulley (47) and the driven pulley (52), and a movable pulley (movable half 49) in the driving pulley (47). ) Is slid in the axial direction of the movable pulley (49) to change the groove width of the pulley (47), a drive motor (81) for operating the groove width variable mechanism, and the drive motor ( 81) a V-belt type continuously variable transmission including a power transmission unit that transmits power to a groove width variable mechanism is known.
In the above-described conventional V-belt type continuously variable transmission, the power transmission unit that transmits the power of the drive motor (81) to the groove width variable mechanism includes a reduction gear mechanism (82) and a screw type slider mechanism (71). Was composed.
For this reason, it is necessary to provide a plurality of gears and their bearing members in the power transmission unit, resulting in a problem that the power transmission unit is enlarged.
An object of the present invention is to provide a V-belt continuously variable transmission that solves the above-described problems and that can reduce the size of a power transmission unit.

As shown in FIG. 4, the
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the
As shown in FIG. 4, the connecting
As shown in FIG. 5, the engaging
As shown in FIG. 4, the engaging
As shown in FIG. 3, the

The
