Claims (7)
- 直列に接続された複数の電池を含む自動車バッテリ用のバッテリ管理装置であって、
前記自動車バッテリ(10)の各電池(11、12、13、14)ごとの電池電圧を測定できる装置(18)を含み、
前記電池(11、12、13、14)の測定した電池電圧を互いに比較し、少なくとも1つの電池(11、12、13、14)の電池電圧が、第1の制限値分よりも大きい場合で、さらに、少なくとも1つの電池(11、12、13、14)の電池電圧が、特定の第2の制限値分を超えて、他の電池または他の各電池(11、12、13、14)の電池電圧と異なっている場合に、前記電池の最も低い電池電圧を基準電圧として使用し、より高い電池電圧を有する他の電池または他の各電池(11、12、13、14)を放電させて、前記基準電圧で前記電池間の電圧のバランスを取るようにし、すべての前記電池(11、12、13、14)の電池電圧が、前記第1の制限値未満である場合に、前記電池(11、12、13、14)の電池電圧のバランスを取らないように電池電圧を処理することを特徴とする、バッテリ管理装置。 - すべての前記電池(11、12、13、14)の電池電圧が、前記第1の制限値よりも大きい場合で、さらに、少なくとも1つの電池(11、12、13、14)の電池電圧が、前記特定の第2の制限値分を超えて、他の電池または他の各電池(11、12、13、14)の電池電圧と異なっている場合に、最も低い電圧を前記基準電圧として使用し、より高い電池電圧を有する他の電池または他の各電池(11、12、13、14)を前記基準電圧まで放電させるように、前記電池の電池電圧を処理することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリ管理装置。
- 少なくとも1つの電池(11、12、13、14)の電池電圧が、第3の制限値よりも大きい場合に、第1の比較的短い測定サイクルで前記電池の電池電圧を測定し、電池電圧を互いに比較し、電池電圧を処理することを特徴とする、請求項1、2のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ管理装置。
- すべての前記電池(11、12、13、14)の電池電圧が、前記第3の制限値よりも大きい場合に、前記第1の比較的短い測定サイクルで電池電圧を測定し、電池電圧を互いに比較し、電池電圧を処理することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリ管理装置。
- すべての前記電池(11、12、13、14)の電池電圧が、前記第3の制限値未満の場合に、第2の比較的長い測定サイクルで電池電圧を測定し、電池電圧を互いに比較し、電池電圧を処理することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリ管理装置。
- 前記第3の制限値は前記第1の制限値に対応することを特徴とする、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ管理装置。
- 前記電池(11、12、13、14)の電池電圧のいずれもが、特定の期間にわたって、前記第2の制限値分を超えるほど他の前記電池の電池電圧と異なっていない場合に、第2の比較的長い測定サイクルで電池電圧を測定し、電池電圧を互いに比較し、電池電圧を処理することを特徴とする、請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ管理装置。
