Description
Claims (11)
- 不活性化された、蝋被覆コバルト含有フィッシャー−トロプシュ触媒の再生方法であって、該方法は、不活性化された、蝋被覆コバルト含有フィッシャー−トロプシュ触媒のポンプ圧送可能な液体懸濁液を、酸素含有ガス流中へ600℃〜1050℃で注入して前記触媒を再生すること、及び再生された触媒を前記ガス流から分離することを含み、前記ガス流における前記不活性化された触媒の滞留時間は、0.01〜10秒である前記方法。
- 前記再生された触媒を、か焼工程及び/又は還元工程によってさらに処理する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記再生された触媒を、ガス流から乾式で分離する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記再生された触媒が、ガス流から洗出されて懸濁液が形成される、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記のガス流が、乱流状態である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 該ガス流の酸素含有率が、前記熱ガス流の全体積に対して、5〜20体積%である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 該ガス流の酸素含有率が、前記熱ガス流の全体積に対して、8〜12体積%である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記の熱ガス流の温度が、600℃〜850℃である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス流における前記不活性化された触媒の滞留時間が、0.1〜2秒である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記の液体懸濁液が、炭化水素及び触媒を含有する懸濁液である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該液体懸濁液が、固体分10〜80質量%を含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
