Description
高周波焼灼装置を用いて手術部位の関節内視鏡手術処置を実行する関節内視鏡手術に使用される関節内視鏡高周波焼灼処置手術温度調節システムであって、
関節内視鏡高周波焼灼装置を受容するようなサイズおよび形状を有する中心腔と、遠位部と、近位部を備え、前記に加えて更に、流入腔および流出腔を備えるシース;
該シースの遠位部に配置される温度センサー;
前記流入腔と液的に連通する流体供給源;
前記流体供給源と熱的に連通する冷却モジュール;
前記温度センサーおよび冷却モジュールと電気的に連通し、温度センサーによって測定される手術部位の温度が、安全な閾値温度を超えると、冷却モジュールを操作して、流体供給源からの流入流体の温度を下げさせることが可能な調節手段;
を含むことを特徴とする関節内視鏡高周波焼灼処置手術温度調節システム。
前記流出腔と液的に連通する真空源をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の関節内視鏡高周波焼灼処置手術温度調節システム。
前記流入腔と液的に連通するように、シースの遠位部に配置される流体開口をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の関節内視鏡高周波焼灼処置手術温度調節システム。
前記流出腔と液的に連通する流体開口をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の関節内視鏡高周波焼灼処置手術温度調節システム。
前記流出腔からの流出流体と熱的に連通する温度警告装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の関節内視鏡高周波焼灼処置手術温度調節システム。
前記流出流体の温度が、安全閾値を超えると、前記温度警告装置が可聴警告を発することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の関節内視鏡高周波焼灼処置手術温度調節システム。
前記流出流体の温度が、安全閾値を超えると、前記温度警告装置が可視警告を発することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の関節内視鏡高周波焼灼処置手術温度調節システム。
前記手術部位の関節内視鏡手術処置を実行する焼灼装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする関節内視鏡手術温度調節システム。

Claims (7)
- 高周波焼灼装置を用いて手術部位の関節内視鏡手術処置を実行する関節内視鏡手術に使用される関節内視鏡高周波焼灼処置手術温度調節システムであって、
関節内視鏡高周波焼灼装置を受容するようなサイズおよび形状を有する中心腔と、遠位部と、近位部を備え、前記に加えて更に、流入腔および流出腔を備えるシース;
該シースの遠位部に配置される温度センサー;
前記流入腔と液的に連通する流体供給源;
前記流体供給源と熱的に連通する冷却モジュール;
前記温度センサーおよび冷却モジュールと電気的に連通し、温度センサーによって測定される手術部位の温度が、安全な閾値温度を超えると、冷却モジュールを操作して、流体供給源からの流入流体の温度を下げさせることが可能な調節手段;
を含むことを特徴とする関節内視鏡高周波焼灼処置手術温度調節システム。 - 前記流出腔と液的に連通する真空源をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の関節内視鏡高周波焼灼処置手術温度調節システム。
- 前記流入腔と液的に連通するように、シースの遠位部に配置される流体開口をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の関節内視鏡高周波焼灼処置手術温度調節システム。
- 前記流出腔と液的に連通する流体開口をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の関節内視鏡高周波焼灼処置手術温度調節システム。
- 前記流出腔からの流出流体と熱的に連通する温度警告装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の関節内視鏡高周波焼灼処置手術温度調節システム。
- 前記流出流体の温度が、安全閾値を超えると、前記温度警告装置が可聴警告を発することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の関節内視鏡高周波焼灼処置手術温度調節システム。
- 前記流出流体の温度が、安全閾値を超えると、前記温度警告装置が可視警告を発することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の関節内視鏡高周波焼灼処置手術温度調節システム。
