Description
a)マグネシウムイオン(Mg2+)を植物抽出物に添加し、
b)少なくとも1種のアルカリ性成分をその植物抽出物に添加し、
c)沈殿物を形成させて、
d)形成された沈殿物を植物抽出物から分別することを含む、水性植物抽出物から着色成分を分別する方法を含む。
硫酸マグネシウムおよび水酸化ナトリウムを用いた水酸化マグネシウムの形成は、以下の式により進行する。
・アーティチョーク根からの暗褐色抽出物400mlを60℃に加温し、それにMgSO4・7H2O 8.4gを撹拌しながら溶解した。
・これに、33%強NaOH 8.0gを添加し、混合物を10分間撹拌した。pH9.7になった。
・混合物をビーカでの遠心分離で、5500gで10分間遠心分離した。
・この分離の後、薄黄色の透明抽出物 約350mlを、5cm厚の層で得た。遠心分離物として、ゲル状のペレットを55.1g得た。
硫酸マグネシウムおよび水酸化カルシウムを用いた水酸化マグネシウムの形成は、以下の式により進行する。
・アーティチョーク根からの暗褐色抽出物400mlを60℃に加温し、それにMgSO4・7H2O 8.4gを撹拌しながら溶解した。
・これに、水5ml中の懸濁液として96%強Ca(OH)2 2.63gを添加し、混合物を10分間撹拌した。pH9.5になった。
・混合物をビーカでの遠心分離で、5500gで10分間遠心分離した。
・この分離の後、薄黄色の透明抽出物 約375mlを、5cm厚の層で得た。遠心分離物として、濃い粘性のペレットを28.3g得た。
・アーティチョーク根からの暗褐色抽出物 約170Lに、MgSO4・7H2O 3400g(0.5g Mg(OH)2/100ml抽出物に相当する)を撹拌しながら10分以内で溶解させた。
・これに、水3L中の懸濁液として96%強Ca(OH)2 1015gを添加し、10分間撹拌した。pH9.4になった。
・全体的な沈殿混合物は、ディスク式分離装置内で120分かけて定量的に透明化させた。脱色した抽出溶液(150L)は、薄黄色を含まず、濁り物質も含まなかった。スラッジ分画として、濃い粘性の固体層を20L得た。
・得られた抽出溶液(150L)を用い、MgSO4・7H2O 1350g(0.2g Mg(OH)2/100ml抽出物に相当する)および水1.5L中の懸濁液としての96%強Ca(OH)2 410gを用いて、脱色ステップ全体を反復して実施した。
・全体的な沈殿混合物は、ディスク式分離装置内で30分かけて定量的に透明化させた。pH9.4を有する脱色した抽出溶液(145L)は、透明の薄黄色であり、濁り物質を含まなかった。スラッジ分画として、濃い粘性の遠心分離物を7L得た。
Claims (18)
- a)マグネシウムイオン(Mg2+)を植物抽出物に添加し、
b)少なくとも1種のアルカリ性成分をその植物抽出物に添加し、
c)沈殿物を形成させて、そして
d)形成された沈殿物を植物抽出物から分別することを含む、水性植物抽出物から着色成分を分別する方法。 - ステップa)およびb)が、撹拌しながら実施される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 形成された沈殿物が、沈降またはろ過により植物抽出物から分別される、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- ステップa)において、マグネシウム塩が添加される、請求項1〜3記載の方法。
- マグネシウム塩が、塩化マグネシウム、硫酸マグネシウム、酢酸マグネシウムおよび硝酸マグネシウムから選択される、請求項4記載の方法。
