Claims (5)
- 充放電可能な電気デバイス要素がフィルムによって被覆された複数のフィルム外装電気デバイスと、
前記フィルム外装電気デバイスが収容された複数のセルケースと、
前記複数のセルケースが積層されて収容されているモジュールケースと、を有し、
前記モジュールケースは、積層方向一端のセルケースと接する側板を備えた保持部材と、積層方向他端のセルケースと接する蓋板とを備え、
前記側板と前記蓋板のうちのいずれか一方に設けられた2以上の挿入孔から挿入された固定部材が、前記モジュールケース内の複数のセルケースをその積層方向に貫通し、前記複数のセルケースを貫通した前記固定部材の先端の面が、前記側板と前記蓋板のうちの他方に接することにより、前記側板と前記蓋板との間の距離が前記固定部材の長さにより規定されており、
前記側板と前記蓋板のうちの前記他方に、前記固定部材の外径よりも小径のボルト挿入孔が形成され、前記固定部材の内周面に螺子が形成され、
前記ボルト挿入孔から挿入されたボルトが、前記複数のセルケースを貫通した前記固定部材の内周面に螺合されて、前記側板と前記蓋板のうちの前記他方と前記固定部材とを固定している、電気デバイスモジュール。 - 前記挿入孔の周縁に、前記挿入孔に挿入された前記固定部材の頭部が嵌合する凹部が形成され、前記ボルト挿入孔の周縁に、該ボルト挿入孔に挿入された前記ボルトの頭部が嵌合する凹部が形成されている、請求項1に記載の電気デバイスモジュール。
- 前記保持部材に、前記側板の前記セルケースが接する面から前記蓋板に向けて突設された少なくとも一つの案内部を有し、前記案内部には案内溝が形成され、前記複数のセルケースは前記案内溝の案内に従って収容される、請求項1または2に記載の電気デバイスモジュール。
- 前記フィルム外装電気デバイスが、正極側活電極、負極側活電極、及び電解液を有する発電要素を2枚のラミネートフィルムによって気密に被覆してなるフィルム外装電池である、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電気デバイスモジュール。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電気デバイスモジュールがケース内に複数収容され、それら複数の電気デバイスモジュールが相互に電気接続されている、電気デバイスモジュール集合体。
