Claims (7)
- 少なくともパワー半導体回路に対する並列回路内のエネルギ蓄積器の投入又は遮断のためのパワー半導体回路と、エネルギ蓄積器実際値UCを検出するためのサブモジュールセンサとを各々有するサブモジュールの直列回路からなる少なくとも1つの相モジュールアームを備えたマルチレベル電力変換器のエネルギ蓄積器の充電および/又は放電のための方法であって、
エネルギ変化状態の獲得のために、1つの相モジュールアームの投入されているエネルギ蓄積器が充電可能であるか又は放電可能であるかどうかが求められ、
各相モジュールアームの次に開閉すべきエネルギ蓄積器が予め与えられた論理によりエネルギ変化状態に依存して選択される方法において、
投入されている全てのエネルギ蓄積器実際値の総和がエネルギ蓄積器総和実際値の獲得のために形成され、予め与えられた相モジュールアームエネルギ目標値とエネルギ蓄積器総和実際値との間の差がエネルギ差値の獲得のために求められ、エネルギ差値の大きさ又はエネルギ差値から導き出された量の大きさが開閉閾値の大きさを上回るときに、選択されたエネルギ蓄積器が開閉される開閉時点が確定されることを特徴とする方法。 - 次に開閉すべきエネルギ蓄積器が、同じ相モジュールアームの全てのエネルギ蓄積器実際値のうちエネルギ変化状態に応じて最小又は最大であるエネルギ蓄積器実際値を有するエネルギ蓄積器であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 開閉閾値が次に開閉すべきエネルギ蓄積器のエネルギ蓄積器実際値UCと予め与えられた係数との積によって求められ、エネルギ差値の大きさが開閉閾値の大きさよりも大きいときに開閉時点が決定されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- エネルギ差値がエネルギ差積分値の獲得のために積分され、エネルギ差積分値がエネルギ変化状態に応じて正の開閉閾値Dを上回る時点又は負の開閉閾値を下回る時点として開閉時点が確定されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 1つの相モジュールアームにおける最大のエネルギ蓄積器実際値を有するエネルギ蓄積器が最大エネルギ実際値の獲得のために求められ、1つの相モジュールアームにおける最小のエネルギ蓄積器実際値を有するエネルギ蓄積器が最小エネルギ実際値の獲得のために決定され、最大エネルギ実際値と最小エネルギ実際値との差が最大エネルギ偏差実際値の獲得のために形成され、最大エネルギ偏差実際値が最大エネルギ偏差閾値と比較され、最大エネルギ偏差実際値が最大エネルギ偏差閾値を上回るときに追加開閉時点が確定され、追加開閉時点においてエネルギ変化状態に依存してエネルギ蓄積器が遮断され、かつ他のエネルギ蓄積器が投入されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の1つに記載の方法。
- 1つの相モジュールアームのエネルギ蓄積器が充電可能であるエネルギ変化状態の場合に、追加開閉時点で1つの相モジュールアームのエネルギ蓄積器のうち最大のエネルギ蓄積器実際値を有するエネルギ蓄積器が遮断され、同時に同じ相モジュールアームのエネルギ蓄積器のうち最小のエネルギ蓄積器実際値を有するエネルギ蓄積器が投入されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 1つの相モジュールアームのエネルギ蓄積器が放電可能であるエネルギ変化状態の場合に、追加開閉時点で1つの相モジュールアームのエネルギ蓄積器のうち最小のエネルギ蓄積器実際値を有するエネルギ蓄積器が遮断され、同時に同じ相モジュールアームのエネルギ蓄積器のうち最大のエネルギ蓄積器実際値を有するエネルギ蓄積器が投入されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
