Claims (13)
- 加圧ガスまたは液化ガスのボトルのためのバルブであって、
ガスフローチャンネル(16)を有するバルブ本体(12)と、
前記ガスフローチャンネル(16)内の第1シールシート(30)と、
ショルダー(62)が設けられた自由端(60)を有する閉塞部材(32)と、
前記閉塞部材(32)の前記自由端(60)に取り付けられており、前記第1シールシート(30)に向いた前方端面(66)および前記閉塞部材(32)の前記ショルダー(62)に当接する後方端面(68)を有する環状シール(64)と、
前記環状シール(64)を円周方向に囲むと共に、前記環状シール(64)の前記前方端面(66)の外側エッジに当接するラジアルリップ(72)を有する保持リング(70)とを備え、
前記閉塞部材(32)は、前記環状シール(64)が前記第1シールシート(30)に押圧されて前記環状シール(64)がバルブの主なガス密性を保証する第1シール位置に、前記第1シールシート(30)に向かって軸方向に移動できる、バルブにおいて、
前記環状シール(64)は、前記前方端面(66)を囲む外側環状ショルダー(74)を備え、
前記保持リング(70)の前記ラジアルリップ(72)は、前記環状シール(64)の前記外側環状ショルダー(74)に向いた、軸方向に突出する環状ビード(76)を有し、
前記保持リング(70)は円周方向外側ガス密溶接部(77)によって前記閉塞部材(32)に固定され、前記環状ビード(76)が前記環状シール(64)の前記外側環状ショルダー(74)内に軸方向に進入して前記環状シール(64)を圧縮する、
ことを特徴とするバルブ。 - 前記閉塞部材(32)の前記自由端(60)は、前記環状シール(64)の内側環状ショルダー(80)内に径方向に進入するラジアル端部突起(78)を備え、前記閉塞部材(32)の前記自由端(60)には、前記ショルダー(62)から前記ラジアル突起(78)の方向に狭くなるようなテーパがついている、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記保持リング(70)と前記閉塞部材(32)との間の前記円周方向外側ガス密溶接部(77)は、前記閉塞部材(32)の前記ショルダー(62)に対して軸方向にセットバックしている、請求項1または2に記載のバルブ。
- 前記閉塞部材(32)は、前記ショルダー(62)を囲むが、前記ショルダー(62)に対して軸方向にセットバックしている周辺環状ショルダー(82)を備え、前記保持リング(70)は、前記周辺環状ショルダー(82)にて前記閉塞部材(32)に溶接されている、請求項3に記載のバルブ。
- 前記円周方向外側ガス密溶接部(77)は、レーザーによって形成されている、請求項1〜4のうちのいずれか1項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記バルブ本体(12)は、前記ガスフローチャンネル(16)を囲む第2シールシート(88)を備え、前記閉塞部材(32)は、前記第1シール位置から第2シール位置に軸方向に移動でき、前記第2シール位置では前記自由端(60)は、前記第2シールシート(88)に当接して前記第2シールシートに金属シールを形成する、請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか1項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第1シールシート(30)は、前記第2シールシート(88)を囲む、請求項6に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第2シールシート(88)に当接する、前記自由端(60)の部分(86)は、前記第2シールシート(88)の高さにある前記ガスフローチャンネルの横断面より大きい横方向横断面を有する、請求項6または7に記載のバルブ。
- 前記閉塞部材(32)を前記第1シール位置から前記第2シール位置に切り換えるために必要な軸方向の変位量は0.3mm未満である、請求項6、7または8に記載のバルブ。
- 前記バルブ本体(12)に取り付けられており、少なくとも1つの軸方向の作動力を前記閉塞部材(32)に伝えるための軸方向制御ステム(34)を有する制御ヘッド(14)を含む、請求項1〜9のうちのいずれか1項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記閉塞部材(32)は軸方向ステム部分(36)を備える、請求項1〜11のうちのいずれか1項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記閉塞部材(32)は軸方向ステム部分(36)を備え、前記制御ステム(34)と前記閉塞部材(32)の前記軸方向ステム部分(36)とは分離可能に剛性結合されている、請求項10に記載のバルブ。
- 超高純度ガスに対して使用するための、ボトル用バルブとしてまたはガス分配チャンネル内のフローバルブとしての、請求項1〜12のうちのいずれか1項に記載のバルブの使用法。
