Claims (10)
- ガス状燃料のための吸込口(7)および排出口(8)が形成されているハウジング(1)と、前記ハウジング(1)内に形成されて前記吸込口(7)を前記排出口(8)と結合させ、その結果前記吸込口(7)から前記排出口(8)へのガス流動が可能であるガス室(5)と、電気アクチュエータ(12)によって制御可能な、前記ガス室(5)内での前記ガス流動を中断するための遮断弁(10)とを備えた、前記ガス状燃料のためのガス配量弁において、
前記ガス室(5)内にして前記遮断弁(10)と前記排出口(8)との間に、電気で作動される制御弁(25)が配置され、この制御弁を用いて前記遮断弁(10)と前記排出口(8)との間での前記ガス流動を中断させることができ、
前記遮断弁(10)および前記制御弁(25)が電磁制御弁として形成されていて、
前記遮断弁(10)が第1の電磁石(12)により、そして前記制御弁(25)が第2の電磁石(29)により操作され、両電磁石が互いに独立に起動可能であり、
前記ガス室は前記第2の電磁石(29)の内側に設けられていることを特徴とするガス配量弁。 - 前記遮断弁(10)が、前記ガス室(5)内での前記ガス流動を中断させるために遮断弁座(14)と協働する可動な遮断弁要素(11;11’)を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガス配量弁。
- 前記遮断弁要素(11;11’)が閉鎖ばね(17;17’)によって前記遮断弁座(14;14’)の方向に閉鎖力で付勢されており、その結果前記遮断弁(10)は、前記電気アクチュエータ(12)の作動時に前記閉鎖ばねの力に抗して移動することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のガス配量弁。
- 前記遮断弁(10)が前記ガス状燃料の流動方向に開くことを特徴とする、請求項2に載のガス配量弁。
- 前記遮断弁(10)が前記ガス状燃料の流動方向とは逆方向に開くことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のガス配量弁。
- 前記遮断弁要素(11;11’)が、少なくとも前記遮断弁座(14;14’)と協働する領域において、および/または、前記遮断弁座(14;14’)が、プラスチックでコーティングされていることを特徴とする、請求項2~5のいずれか一項に記載のガス配量弁。
- 前記遮断弁要素(11;11’)が、少なくとも前記遮断弁座(14;14’)と協働する領域において、および/または、前記遮断弁座(14;14’)が、エラストマーでコーティングされていることを特徴とする、請求項2~5のいずれか一項に記載のガス配量弁。
- 前記制御弁(25)が、前記ガス室(5)内での前記ガス流動を中断させるために制御弁座(30)と協働する可動な制御弁要素(26)を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のガス配量弁。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のガス配量弁を作動させる方法において、前記ガス状燃料を配量するために、まず前記遮断弁(10)を開き、時間的にその後に前記制御弁(25)を開くことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記ガス配量弁の作動中は前記遮断弁(10)を開いたままにし、前記ガス状燃料の配量を前記制御弁(25)だけで行うことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
