- 不織布結合体(38)が少なくとも1つの第1不織布構成要素(16)と、もう1つの不織布構成要素またはホイル構成要素(10、12)とを有し、かつ前記第1不織布構成要素(16)が別の不織布構成要素またはホイル構成要素(10、12)に少なくとも領域ごとに不織布結合体(38)を形成するために不連続の超音波溶接箇所(30)を含む接合パターン(36)によって固定されており、かつ前記接合パターン(36)が第1方向(32)に、かつそれと垂直に第2方向(34)に伸び、かつ第1方向(32)への伸びが第2方向(34)よりも大きく、かつ超音波溶接箇所の面積の変動の指数(I)が最大40%になる不織布結合体(38)を備える、使い捨ての失禁おむつ、失禁受けに代表される、衛生用品(2)であって、
前記第1不織布構成要素(16)が、両面で流出遮断部を形成する、本質的に第1方向(32)に伸びる、前記接合パターンの部分で立ち上がるカフ要素(14)を含み、前記カフ要素はカフ台(28)を含み、
前記接合パターン(36)が直線状に伸びない第1部分接合パターン(60)、実質的に直線状の第2部分接合パターン(64)および直線状に伸びない第3部分接合パターン(66)を有し、
第2部分接合パターン(64)が第1方向(32)において、第1(60)および第3部分接合パターン(66)の間に配置され
第1部分接合パターン(60)および第3部分接合パターン(66)が少なくとも2つの曲線(62)からなり、前記曲線は衛生用品の内側に向かって湾曲し、
カフ台(28)が前記第1部分接合パターン(60)、第2部分接合パターン(64)および第3部分接合パターン(66)に配置され、
前記第1部分接合パターン(60)、第2部分接合パターン(64)および第3部分接合パターン(66)が第1領域(27)を構成し、
前記第1部分接合パターン(60)の前記第1方向(32)の外側および前記第3部分接合パターン(66)の前記第1方向(32)の外側と、前記第2部分接合パターン(64)の前記第2方向(34)の外側に更に、接合パターン(36)が伸びる第2領域(29)を備え、
前記第2領域(29)の接合パターン(36)は、超音波溶接箇所(30)の相互の間隔が、前記第1領域(27)の超音波溶接箇所(30)の相互の間隔より大きい、衛生用品(2)。 - 超音波溶接箇所(30)の面積の変動の指数(I)が最大35%、特に最大30%、さらに特に最大25%になることを特徴とする請求項1記載の用品。
- 前記用品が少なくとも前記第1及び第2領域に、液体透過性トップシート(4)、液密性バックシート(6)およびそれらの間に配置された体液を吸収する貯蔵コア(8)を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に1項に記載の用品。
- 別の不織布構成要素またはホイル構成要素(10、12)がトップシート(4)またはバックシート(6)であり、その結果、カフ要素(14)がその第1不織布構成要素(16)と共にトップシート(4)またはバックシート(6)に接合パターン(36)によって固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の用品。
- 接合パターン(36)が第1方向(32)において実質的に3つの等長部分、すなわち1つの開始部分(50)、それに続く1つの中央部分(52)および前記中央部分(52)に続く1つの終端部分(54)に分割可能であり、かつ接合パターンの開始部分(50)または終端部分(54)の超音波溶接箇所の面積の変動の指数(I)が最大40%、特に最大35%、さらに特に最大30%、さらに特に最大25%になることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の用品。
- 個々の超音波溶接箇所(30)相互の間隔が第1領域(27)で0.1〜2.5mm、特に0.2〜2.3mmおよびさらに特に0.2〜1.5mmになり、かつ第2領域(29)において2〜20mm、特に3〜15mm、さらに特に4〜10mmになることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の用品。
- 超音波溶接箇所(30)の面積密度が第1領域(27)において第2領域(29)よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の用品。
- 前記曲線(62)の少なくとも2つが、2〜20mm、特に2〜15mmおよびさらに特に3〜10mmの最大間隔を有することを特徴とする請求項7記載の用品。
- 前記曲線(62)の少なくとも2つが10〜70mm、特に15〜60mmおよびさらに特に20〜50mmの最大間隔を有することを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の用品。
- 前記曲線(62)の1つまたはそれ以上が少なくとも60mm、特に少なくとも70mm、さらに特に少なくとも80mm、さらに特に少なくとも90mm、さらに特に少なくとも100mmおよびさらに特に最大150mmの半径を有することを特徴とする請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載の用品。
- 前記曲線(62)が互いに変化する間隔を有することを特徴とする請求項7から10のいずれか1項に記載の用品。
- 前記第1領域(27)の接合パターン(36)が面積0.3〜4mm2、特に0.3〜3mm2、さらに特に0.3〜2mm2、さらに特に0.5〜1.1mm2およびさらに特に0.7〜0.9mm2を有する不連続な超音波溶接箇所(30)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の用品。
- 前記第1領域(27)の不連続な超音波溶接箇所の面積が前記第2領域(29)不連続な超音波溶接箇所(30)の面積よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の用品。
- 個々の超音波溶接箇所(30)の平面が円形、楕円形、三角形、多角形、三日月形、点線形、星形または線形であることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の用品。
- 第1方向(32)に長さ5mmに区切られた接合パターン(36)の部分(48)の超音波溶接箇所(30)の面積(Ai)の総和が平均で2〜25mm2、特に3〜18mm2、さらに特に4〜12mm2および特に6〜10mm2になることを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の用品。
- 第1方向(32)に長さ5mmに区切られた接合パターン(36)の部分(48)の超音波溶接箇所(30)の面積(Ai)の総和が最大30mm2、特に最大23mm2、さらに特に最大18mm2、さらに特に最大16mm2、さらに特に最大15mm2になることを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の用品。
- 直接隣接する、長さ5mmに区切られた接合パターン(36)の部分(48)の超音波溶接箇所(30)の面積(Ai)の総和からの、第1方向(32)に長さ5mmに区切られた接合パターン(36)の各部分(48)の超音波溶接箇所(30)の面積(Ai)の総和の偏差が70%未満、特に60%未満、特に50%未満、さらに特に40%未満になることを特徴とする請求項1から16のいずれか1項に記載の用品。
- 直接隣接する長さ5mmに区切られた接合パターン(36)の部分(48)の超音波溶接箇所(30)の面積(Ai)の総和と、第1方向(32)に長さ5mmに区切られた接合パターン(36)の部分(48)の少なくとも50%、特に少なくとも60%、さらに特に少なくとも70%およびさらに特に少なくとも80%および特に少なくとも90%の超音波溶接箇所(30)の面積(Ai)の総和との偏差が、40%未満、特に30%未満、特に25%未満になることを特徴とする請求項1から17のいずれか1項に記載の用品。
- 接合パターン(36)が第1方向(32)に300〜2000mm、特に350〜1500mm、特に400〜1200mm、さらに特に450〜1100mmおよびさらに特に500〜1000mm、かつそれと垂直な第2方向(34)に好ましくは10〜1200mm、特に15〜1000mm、特に20〜500mm、さらに特に30〜200mmおよびさらに特に40〜150mmおよびさらに特に50〜130mm伸びていることを特徴とする請求項1から18のいずれか1項に記載の用品。
- 請求項1から19のいずれか1項に記載の衛生用品(2)の製造方法であって、超音波溶接装置(40)を用いて、不連続の超音波溶接箇所(30)を含む接合パターン(36)によって少なくとも領域ごとに別の不織布構成要素またはホイル構成要素(10、12)と第1不織布構成要素(16)とを溶接する、製造方法。
- 前記超音波溶接装置(40)がソノトロード(44)および輪郭ローラ(42)を含むことを特徴とする請求項20記載の方法。
- 構成要素の溶接が100〜1000m/分(min)のウェブ速度で実施されることを特徴とする請求項20または21記載の方法。
