Description
1.動物の自然のサーカディアンサイクルが支援され、1日周期の時間的情報が該身体に信号で伝えられる。
2.動物が飼われている部屋内で本発明により使用される光源の設置および管理によって、血清および従ってまた乳におけるホルモンメラトニンの生産が、乳中のメラトニン濃度が通常の濃度の何倍にも増加するように刺激される。平均の群れにおいて、乳粉末の200pg/g超の最終製品においてメラトニン値は、500pg/g超の値に達する個々の動物と一緒に得られる。
3.上記に述べられた光源の時間的な特有の利用によって、日々の明るさおよび暗さの段階は、松果体のメラトニン分泌が最大に抑制されるかまたは最大に刺激され、その日の正確に求められた期間内で乳中の可能な最も高いメラトニン濃度が得られ、正確に時間を決められた動物の搾乳によって、何倍も増加したメラトニン濃度を有する乳が得られるように、特別に操作される。
4.動物が飼われている部屋において、白色光(例えば、フィラメント、ネオンまたは蛍光ランプ)を使用する以前の通常の非常照明をもたないで済ますことができる。
5.夜の自然の暗さおよび上記の光源の使用がメラトニン抑制を阻害することに十分であるので、入射光を避けるための、動物を収容する部屋を暗くすることが必要でなくなる。
Claims (15)
- 増加したメラトニン含有量を有する乳またはその乳製品を生産するための方法であって、1以上の雌の哺乳動物の1日周期のサイクルが、青色光の部分を有する第1の光体制下の昼間の段階および第2の光体制下の夜間の段階に分けられ、該動物が、増加したメラトニン含有量を有する乳を得るために夜間の段階の間に少なくとも1回搾乳される方法において、該夜間の段階の間に少なくとも1つの光源が前記光体制のために使用され、該光源が500nm以上の波長範囲の光を放射し、500nm未満の波長範囲の光は実質的に放射されないことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記光源が、前記夜間の段階の間に可視光の波長範囲において少なくとも550nm超の極大値を示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記夜間の段階の間に使用される光源が、ルミネッセンス放射体であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記夜間の段階の間に使用される光源が、LEDランプまたはナトリウム灯であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記LEDランプが、赤色光、黄色光、橙色光またはアンバー色光、またはこれらの混合色を放射することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記動物が、ヒツジ、ヤギまたはウシであることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 乳汁分泌動物群が、この1日周期のサイクルのもとに飼育されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記動物が、1日24時間の間に少なくとも2回搾乳され、前記昼間の段階に得られる乳は増加したメラトニン含有量を有する乳として使用されないことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記光源が、少なくとも搾乳プロセスの間に前記夜間の段階において使用されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記夜間の段階の間の前記光源が、少なくとも2時間使用されることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記昼間の段階における前記光体制について、1つ以上の全スペクトルランプ、太陽光または高いサーカディアン効果を有する他の光源が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

- 前記乳を処理して乳粉末を形成することを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
