Description
Claims (16)
- 体内処置中に先に導入したワイヤガイドに連結できるようにした連結ワイヤガイドであって、
長手軸線に沿って延び、遠位端を有する細長い本体であって、該遠位端にエンドキャップが取り付けられている本体と、
該本体の該遠位端に接続されて該軸線方向に沿って遠位方向に延びる連結先端であって、該本体の該遠位端に接続された取付部分と、該取付部分から遠位方向に離れた位置とされた連結部分と、該長手軸線に沿って延び該連結部分と該接続部分とを接続するストリップ部分とを有し、連結部分は遠位ポート及び近位ポートを有し先に導入したワイヤガイドを摺動可能に受け入れる連結通路と、該遠位ポートと該近位ポートとの間で延びて該連結通路に連通し、先に導入したワイヤガイドを該連結通路内に当該連結部分の側方から通すことができるようにされたスロットと、を備える連結先端と、
を有し、該連結通路に受け入れられた該先に導入したワイヤガイドは、該近位ポートから出て該近位ポートと該エンドキャップとの間で該長手軸線から離れるように曲げられ近位方向に延びるようにされている連結ワイヤガイド。 - 該ストリップ部分が半環状断面を有する、請求項1に記載の連結ワイヤガイド。
- 該スロットが曲線状の経路に沿って延びる、請求項2に記載の連結ワイヤガイド。
- 該スロットが正弦曲線状の経路に沿って延びる、請求項3に記載の連結ワイヤガイド。
- 該スロットが螺旋状の経路に沿って延びる、請求項3に記載の連結ワイヤガイド。
- 該スロットが螺旋状で途中でその螺旋の方向が変わる経路に沿って延びる、請求項3に記載の連結ワイヤガイド。
- 該連結部分は可撓性を有し、該連結部分の該連結通路が該先に導入したワイヤガイドの輪郭に対応するようにされている、請求項1に記載の連結ワイヤガイド。
- 該連結部分が該スロットの寸法を調整するために撓むようにした、請求項1に記載の連結ワイヤガイド。
- 体内処置中に先に導入したワイヤガイドに連結できるようにした連結ワイヤガイドであって、
長手軸線に沿って延び、遠位端を有する細長い本体と、
該本体の該遠位端に接続されて該軸線方向に沿って遠位方向に延びる連結先端であって、該本体の該遠位端に接続された取付部分と、該取付部分から遠位方向に離れた位置とされ前記先に導入したワイヤガイドを摺動可能に受け入れるようにされた連結部分と、該長手軸線に沿って延び該連結部分と該接続部分とを接続するストリップ部分とを有し、連結部分は半環状断面を有し、遠位ポート及び近位ポート間に延び該ワイヤガイドを受け入れる連結通路と、該遠位ポートと該近位ポートとの間で延びて該連結通路に連通し、先に導入したワイヤガイドを該連結通路内に当該連結部分の側方から通すことができるようにされたスロットと、を備える連結先端と、
を有し、
該連結通路に受け入れられた該先に導入したワイヤガイドは、該近位ポートから出て該ストリップ部分のところで該長手軸線から離れるように曲げられ近位方向に延びるようにされ、
該スロットは該先に導入したワイヤガイドの直径よりも広い幅を有するようにし、該連結部分が該スロット内に突出して該先に導入したワイヤガイドを該連結通路内に保持するための可撓性を有する保持タブを有する連結ワイヤガイド。 - 該本体の遠位端が、閉じられた端部とされ、該連結部分の近位ポートと該長手軸線方向で対向している請求項9に記載の連結ワイヤガイド。
- 該保持タブが該長手軸線方向で間隔をあけて設けられている請求項9に記載の連結ワイヤガイド。
- 該保持タブが該長手軸線方向で間隔をあけて設けられ、長手軸線方向で見て当該連結部分の周方向で相互に重なるようにされている請求項9に記載の連結ワイヤガイド。
- 体内処置中に先に導入したワイヤガイドに連結できるようにした連結ワイヤガイドであって、
長手軸線に沿って延び、遠位端を有する細長い本体と、
該本体の該遠位端に接続されて該軸線方向に沿って遠位方向に延びる連結先端であって、該本体の該遠位端に接続された取付部分と、該取付部分から遠位方向に離れた位置とされ前記先に導入したワイヤガイドを摺動可能に受け入れるようにされた連結部分と、長手軸線に沿って延び該連結部分と該接続部分とを接続するストリップ部分とを有し、連結部分は遠位ポート及び近位ポート間に延び該ワイヤガイドを受け入れる連結通路を備える連結先端と、
を有し、
該連結通路に受け入れられた該先に導入したワイヤガイドは、該近位ポートから出て該ストリップ部分のところで該長手軸線から離れるように曲げられ近位方向に延びるようにされ、
該連結先端は該長手軸線方向で延びるストリップ材料から構成され、該連結部分は、該ストリップ材料が該長手軸線の周りで螺旋状とされて該連結通路を画定するようになされている連結ワイヤガイド。 - 該ストリップ部分が半環状断面を有する、請求項13に記載の連結ワイヤガイド。
- 該螺旋状とされたストリップ材料は、該長手軸線方向で相互に間隔をあけられた巻回部分を有し、該巻回部分の間に螺旋状のスロットを残すような構造にされている、請求項13に記載の連結ワイヤガイド。
- 該螺旋状とされたストリップ材料は、途中で螺旋方向が変わるようにされている、請求項13に記載の連結ワイヤガイド。
