Description
I.定義
本明細書において用いられる場合、「対象」なる用語は、治療を必要とする、ヒト、水生哺乳動物または非水性動物を意味することが意図される。この対象は、例えば、腸液平衡障害を有する、または発症のリスクがある。
A.カルシウム模倣性化合物、定義
本明細書において用いられる場合、「カルシウム模倣性化合物」または「カルシウム模倣性」なる用語は、カルシウム感知受容体と結合し、内因性リガンドCa2+により、カルシウム感知受容体活性化の閾値を減少させる構造変化を誘発する化合物を意味する。これらのカルシウム模倣性化合物はまた、カルシウム受容体のアロステリック調節因子とも見なされ得る。

本明細書において用いられる場合、「カルシリティック化合物」または「カルシリティック物質(calcilytics)」なる用語は、カルシウム感知受容体(CaSR)活性を、例えば細胞外Ca2+により引き起こされた1以上のカルシウム受容体活性を減少させることにより、阻害、ブロックまたは減少させる化合物をさす。1つの態様において、カルシリティック物質は、細胞外Ca2+の増大した濃度の、(a)[Ca2+ i]を増加させる能力;(b)細胞内Ca2+を移動させる能力;(c)イノシトール−1,4,5−トリホスフェートの形成を増大させる能力;および(d)ドーパミンまたはイソプロテレノールに刺激されたサイクリックAMP形成を減少させる能力を、部分的にまたは完全にブロックすることができる。1つの態様において、カルシリティック化合物は、小分子であり得る。別の態様において、カルシリティックは拮抗性抗体であり得る。
1つの態様において、CaSR−活性調節部位に結合する化合物は、例えば、競合的測定法形式において前記部位と結合する標識された化合物を用いて同定することができる。
ヒト副甲状腺CaSR(HEK 293 4.0−7)を発現するように処理されたHEK 293細胞は、すでに記載されている(Nemeth EF et al.(1998)Proc.Natl.Acad.Sci.USA 95:4040−4045)。このクローン細胞系は、CaSRの作動物質、アロステリック調節因子および拮抗物質を選別するために広く用いられてきた(Nemeth EF et al.(2001)J.Pharmacol.Exp.Ther.299:323−331)。
PTH分泌のCaSR依存性調節に対するカルシウム模倣性またはカルシリティック化合物の効果を、分離されたウシ副甲状腺細胞の初代培養を用いて評価できる。コラゲナーゼ消化により分離された細胞を得ることができ、プールし、次いでPercoll精製緩衝液中に再懸濁させ、14,500xgにて20分間4℃にて遠心分離することにより精製する。分離された副甲状腺細胞を移し、Ham’s F−12およびDMEM(F−12/DMEM)(0.5% BSA、100U/mlペニシリン、100μg/mlストレプトマイシンおよび20μg/mlゲンタマイシンで補足)の1:1混合物中にて洗浄する。細胞を最後に、10U/mlペニシリン、10μg/mlストレプトマイシンおよび4μg/mlゲンタマイシンを含有するF−12/DMEM中に再懸濁させ、BSAをITS+(インシュリン、トランスフェリン、亜セレン酸、BSAおよびリノール酸;Collaborative Research、Bedford,MA)で置換した。細胞を、空気中5%CO2の加湿雰囲気中、T−75フラスコ中、37℃で温置する。
ATCC(Manassas,VA)から購入した、ラットMTC 6−23細胞(クローン6)を増殖培地(カルシウムを含むDMEM高グルコース/15% HIHS)(3から4日ごとに交換)中に維持する。培養物を毎週1:4分割比で継代接種する。処方された増殖培地中のカルシウム濃度は、3.2mMと計算される。細胞を90%O2/10% CO2の雰囲気中、37℃で温置する。実験前に、サブコンフルーエント培養物からの細胞を吸引し、トリプシン溶液で1回リンスする。フラスコを再度吸引し、室温で、新鮮なトリプシン溶液とともに5から10分間温置して、細胞を分離する。分離された細胞を3.0x105細胞/mLの密度で増殖培地中に懸濁させ、コラーゲンで被覆された48穴プレート(Becton Dickinson Labware,Bedford,MA)中、1.5x105細胞/ウェル(0.5mL細胞懸濁液)の密度で播種する。播種後56時間、細胞を接着させ、その後、増殖培地を吸引し、0.5mLのアッセイ培地(DMEM 高グルコース/2% FBSなし)に置換する。次に細胞を、カルシウムに刺激されたカルシトニン放出の決定前に16時間温置する。この培地中の実際のカルシウム濃度は0.07mM未満と計算される。カルシトニン放出を測定するために、アッセイ培地中、0.35mLの試験試薬を各ウェルに添加し、この培地中のカルシトニン含量測定前に4時間温置する。カルシトニンレベルを製造業者の指示に従い、ラットカルシトニン免疫放射定量測定法キット(Immutopics,San Clemente,CA)を用いて定量化する。
化合物のカルシウム模倣性またはカルシリティック特性は、ラット脳からのクローンされたCaSRを含有する[CHO(CaSR)]または含有しない[CHO(WT)]発現ベクターにて形質移入されたチャイニーズ・ハムスター卵巣(CHO)細胞に関して行われる生化学分析においても評価することができる(Ruat M.,Snowman AM.,J.Biol.Chem 271,1996,p5972)。CHO(CaSR)は、Ca2+および他の二価カチオンおよびNPS 568によるCaSRの活性化に際して、トリチウム化イノシトールホスフェート([3H]IP)蓄積を刺激することが示されている(Ruat et al.,J.Biol.Chem 271,1996)。従って、10μMの各CaSR活性化合物により2mMの細胞外カルシウムの存在下で生成される[3H]IP蓄積を測定することができ、10mM細胞外カルシウム(最大CaSR活性を惹起する濃度)によりもたらされる効果と比較することができる(Dauban P.et al,Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry Letters,10,2000,p2001)。
本発明において有用なカルシウム模倣性およびカルシリティック化合物は、無機酸または有機酸から誘導される医薬的に許容される塩の形態において用いることができる。これらの塩は、以下に限定されないが、次のものを含む。アセテート、アジペート、アルギネート、シトレート、アスパルテート、ベンゾアート、ベンゼンスルホネート、ビスルフェート、ブチレート、カンフォレート、カンファースルホネート、ジグルコネート、シクロペンタンプロピオネート、ドデシルスルフェート、エタンスルホネート、グルコヘプタノエート、グリセロホスフェート、ヘミスルフェート、ヘプタノエート、ヘキサノエート、フマレート、塩酸塩、臭化水素酸塩、ヨウ化水素酸塩、2−ヒドロキシ−エタンスルホネート、ラクテート、マレエート、マンデレート、メタンスルホネート、ニコチネート、2−ナフタレンスルホネート、オキサレート、パルモエート、ペクチネート、パースルフェート、2−フェニルプロピオネート、ピクレート、ピバレート、プロピオネート、サリチレート、スクシネート、スルフェート、タータレート、チオシアネート、トシレート、メシレートおよびウンデカノエート。本発明の化合物が酸性官能基、例えばカルボキシ基を含む場合、カルボキシ基の好適な医薬的に許容される塩は、当業者に周知であり、例えば、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、アンモニウム、第四アンモニウムカチオンなどを含む。「医薬的に許容される塩」のさらなる例については、以下およびBerge et al.J.Pharm.Sci.66:1,1977参照。本発明のある実施形態において、塩酸塩およびメタンスルホン酸塩を用いることができる。
1つの態様において、本発明は、対象における腸液平衡障害の治療法を提供する。通常の生理条件下で、毎日ほぼ1.5Lの液体が結腸に流入するが、約100から200mLのみが大便中に排泄される。結腸における水および電解質輸送の調節は、体液性パラクリンおよび中性調節経路間の複雑な相互作用が関与している。腸液平衡障害は、腸管における異常な液体分泌または吸収により特徴づけられ、例えば下痢および便秘を含む。
1つの態様において、本発明は、異常な腸の運動障害、例えば下痢を治療する方法を提供する。本発明の方法は、個体に治療上有効な量のカルシウム模倣性化合物を投与することを含む。
本発明はまた、異常な腸の運動障害、例えば便秘の治療法も提供する。本発明の方法は、対象に治療上有効な量のカルシリティック化合物を投与することを含む。
本発明はさらに、腸液分泌および吸収の調整法を提供する。1つの態様において、その目的は、対象において液体の吸収を増加させること、および/または体液分泌を減少させることであり得、従って、本発明の方法は、カルシウム模倣性化合物を含む医薬組成物の有効量を投与することを含み得る。
本発明は、少なくとも1つのカルシウム模倣性またはカルシリティック化合物を医薬的に許容される担体とともに含む有効量の医薬組成物を対象に投与することを含む、対象の腸管における薬物、毒または栄養の吸収または分泌を調節する方法を提供する。
150から200gの間の体重の絶食していないオスSprague−Dawleyラットまたは20から30gの体重のマウスを全ての実験において使用した。ラットまたはマウスのいずれかについて同じプロトコルを行うことができる。動物を殺した後、個々の腺窩を手で切開することにより、遠位結腸から入手する。結腸陰窩、尿細管および胃腺についてすでに詳細に記載されている微細潅流法(Geibel,J.et al.1989 Am.J.Physiol 257:F790−F797;Boron,W.F.et al.,1994.J.Exp.Biol.196:347−360)を用いて、正味流体運動(Jv)を測定する。簡単に説明すると、1つの手で切開された腺窩を恒温室中で、倒立顕微鏡の試料台上に載せる。同心ガラスマイクロピペットのアセンブリを用いて、腺窩の盲端を保持する。潅流ピペットを使用して、この盲端を穿刺し、メトキシ−3H−イヌリンを含有する潅流液を腺窩内腔中に順方向で導入する。マイクロピペットの第二の組を用いて、腺窩の開放端にカニューレを挿入し、流出物を集める。挿管後、内腔および浴溶液をそれぞれ4から10nl/分および5ml/分で連続して流す。体積目盛り付きピペットを用いて流出物をの試料を取る。腺窩の長さおよび直径、流出物が収集ピペット中に蓄積する速度および潅流液および流出物中のメトキシ−3H−イヌリンの濃度からJvを決定する。[メトキシ−3H−イヌリン]はシンチレーションカウンターで測定した。浴(結腸陰窩の血液側、すなわち内腔でない方の液体)も集めて、潅流ピペットまたは腺窩のいずれかからの漏れを制御する。浴[メトキシ−3H−イヌリン]がバックグラウンドを超えた場合は常に実験を廃棄する。Jvはnl/mm分として表される。各データ点は、3回の流出物の5分収集の平均を表す。プラスの値は正味吸収を表し、マイナスの値は正味分泌を表す。
結腸をラットまたはマウスまたはヒトから入手した外科標本から取り出し、縦方向に切開し、洗浄し、次いで裏返して粘膜表面を露出させる。表面細胞を得るために、裏返された結腸を粘膜上でスライドガラスでやさしくこするか、または37℃で、(mM)96 NaCl、27 Na シトレート、0.8 KH2PO4、5.6 Na2HPO4および1.5 D−グルコース、pH 7.4を含有するNa−シトレート緩衝液中で15分間温置する。単離された腺窩を得るために、結腸切片を、15分間、37℃で、(mM)96 NaCl、1.5 KCl, 21 Na EDTA、55 ソルビトール、22 シュークロースおよび10 HEPES、pH 7.4を含有するNa−EDTA緩衝液中で温置する(方法3)。各温置の最後に、結腸切片を30秒間激しく撹拌して、表面細胞または個々の腺窩を放出させる。放出された細胞または腺窩を直ちに2容積の、(mM)125 NaCl、5.0 KCl、1.0 CaCl2、1.2MgSO2、2.0 NaH2PO4、5.0 D−グルコースおよび32 HEPES、pH 7.4を含有する標準リンゲル液と混合する。遠心分離(Beckman Coulter Allegra 6R遠心分離器中、2000rpmで5分間)により細胞を集め、3回基礎リンゲル液中で洗浄し、および基礎リンゲル液中に再懸濁させる。基礎リンゲル液は、Ca2+およびMg2+の両方が0.1から0.5mMに減少している以外は、標準リンゲル液と同じ組成を含有する。
単離された潅流結腸陰窩における正味流体運動(Jv、nl/分*mm腺窩長さ)の測定に用いられる方法は、Geibel,J.P.et al.2001.Gastroenterology 120:144−150において詳細に開示されている。Jvは、収集ピペット中に流出物が蓄積する速度および潅流液および流出物中のメトキシ−[3H]イヌリンの濃度として計算される。プラスのJv値は、内腔から浴への正味流体運動(吸収)を示し、マイナスの値は、浴から内腔への正味運動(分泌)を示す。図1は、正味Jv(nl/分*mm腺窩長さ)の測定値を表し、これは2成分、内腔から浴への大量の流体流動(吸収基礎absJv)および少量の浴から内腔への分泌成分の流れ(分泌促進物質の不在下;基礎secJv)からなる。追加の基底外側のブメタニドはsecJvを無効にし、「純粋な」吸収流れは、netJv=absJv+secJvに等しく;absJvはプラスのフラックスであり、secJvはマイナスの流れである。
化合物のカルシウム模倣性またはカルシリティック特性は、Fluo−3またはFura−2を用いて、単離された結腸細胞懸濁液の細胞内Ca2+の変化の測定を用いて評価することもできる。細胞をFluo−3 AMまたはFura−2 AMのいずれかの溶液に5μMで20から30分間、室温に暴露させて、吸収およびエステル加水分解をさせる。次に細胞を37℃で約20分間洗浄して、吸収されなかった、または腺窩の細胞外表面上で脱エステル化された任意の細胞外色素を除去する。細胞懸濁液に関する蛍光測定(Fluo−3:480nm励起、520nm発光、5nm帯域;Fura−2:340/380nm励起、512nm発光、5nm帯域)を、37℃に維持されたサーモスタット制御の2mlキュベット中で、0.1mM Ca2+を含有する基礎リンゲル液中、一定して撹拌しながら行った。所与の濃度のカルシウム模倣性またはカルシリティック物質での累積的細胞内Ca2+反応を測定する。
化合物のカルシウム模倣性またはカルシリティック特性は、腸シートにおける短絡回路電流の測定を用いて評価することもできる。結腸または小腸の切片をラットまたはマウス、もしくはヒト外科標本から迅速に取り出す。切片を腸間膜境界に沿ってフラットシートに切り出し、氷冷された基礎HEPES−リンゲル溶液(0.1mM CaおよびMgを含有)にて洗浄フラッシュする。漿膜、縦および円形筋肉および粘膜下層が剥離された全小腸層または粘膜結腸層を使用する。腸のシートを修飾Ussingチャンバーの2つの半分の間にのせ、溶液耐性について修正された電圧固定法(VCC MC6;Physiologic Instruments)により短絡させる。暴露面積は0.3から1.0cm2である。組織の粘膜および漿膜表面を37℃に維持し、100%O2を連続して吹き込んだ、3から5mL Hepes−リンゲル溶液(pH 7.4)を含む容器中に漬ける。組織を最低40分間安定化させ、基礎記録期間の後、化合物を上皮の頂点または基底外側に添加する。反応を連続して記録し、DATAQ(商標)装置によりデータを取得し、PCに保存し、プログラムAcqualizeTMを用いて処理した。Hepes−リンゲル溶液は(ミリモル/L):NaCl 125;KCl 5;MgCl2 0.5;HEPES 22、CaCl2 0.1または1.6;グルコース 10、pH 7.4を含有する。溶液に100% O2を吹き込む。安定な基礎またはホルスコリンに刺激された負の短絡電流を得た後、電流の漿膜または粘膜側の化合物の添加に対する応答を記録する。
ラットMTC 6−23細胞(クローン6)(ATCC(Manassas,VA)から購入)を、3から4日ごとに取り替えられる増殖培地(DMEM 高グルコースとカルシウム/15% HIHS)中で維持する。培養物を毎週1:4分割比で継代させる。処方された増殖培地中のカルシウム濃度は3.2 mMと計算される。細胞を90% O2/10% CO2、37℃の雰囲気中で温置する。実験前に、サブコンフルーエント培養物からの細胞を吸引し、トリプシン溶液で1回洗浄する。フラスコを再度吸引し、室温で、新しいトリプシン溶液とともに5から10分間温置して、細胞を解離させる。解離した細胞を3.0x105細胞/mLの密度で、増殖培地中に懸濁させ、1.5x105細胞/ウェル(0.5mL 細胞懸濁液)の密度で、コラーゲン被覆された48ウェルプレート(Becton Dickinson Labware,Bedford,MA)中に播種する。細胞を播種後56時間接着させ、その後、増殖培地を吸引し、0.5mLのアッセイ培地(DMEM 高グルコース/2% FBSを含まない)で置換した。次に細胞を、カルシウムに刺激されたカルシトニン放出の決定前に16時間温置する。この培地中の実際のカルシウム濃度は、0.07mM未満と計算される。カルシトニン放出を測定するために、0.35mLのアッセイ培地中試験薬を各ウェルに添加し、4時間温置した後、培地中のカルシトニン含量を決定する。カルシトニンレベルは、製造業者の指示に従い、ラットカルシトニン免疫放射定量測定法キット(Immutopics、San Clemente、CA)を用いて定量化される。
化合物のカルシウム模倣性またはカルシリティック特性は、ラット脳から得られたクローンされたCaSRを含有する発現ベクター[CHO(CaSR)]または含有しない発現ベクター[CHO(WT)]で形質移入されたチャイニーズ・ハムスター卵巣(CHO)細胞に関して行われる生化学分析において評価することもできる(Ruat M.& Snowman AM.,J.Biol.Chem 271,1996,p5972)。CHO(CaSR)は、Ca2+および他の二価カチオンおよび化合物A(N−(3−[2−クロロフェニル]−プロピル)−R−≪−メチル−3−メトキシベンジルアミンHCl)によるCaSRの活性化に際してトリチウム化イノシトールホスフェート([3H]IP)蓄積を刺激することが示されている(Ruat et al.,J.Biol.Chem 271,1996)。従って、10μMの各CaSR活性化合物により2mM 細胞外カルシウムの存在下で産生される[3H]IP蓄積を測定し、最大CaSR活性化を惹起する濃度である10mMの細胞外カルシウムにより得られる結果と比較することができる(Dauban P.et al.,Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry Letters,10,2000,p2001)。この分析は、単離された結腸陰窩または分散された結腸細胞におけるカルシウム模倣性またはカルシリティック化合物に応答した[3H]IP3蓄積を評価するためにも使用できる(Cheng et al.,Gastroenterology 126,2004,p148)。
HEPES−リンゲル溶液は(ミリモル/L):NaCl 125;KCl 5;MgCl2 0.5;HEPES 22、CaCl2 0.1または1.6;グルコース 10、pH 7.4を含有していた。溶液に100%O2を吹き込んだ。ホルスコリン、IBMXおよびブメタニドをSigma Chemical(St Louis,MO,USA)から入手し、ストック溶液はジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO)中で調製した。DMSOの最終濃度は、0.1%(v/v)を超えない。予備実験は、ビヒクルがベースライン電気生理学的パラメータを変更しないことを示した。
カルシウム模倣性物質のホルスコリンに刺激された液体分泌に対する直接的影響を研究するために、Geibel et al.(2006)Nat’l Acad.Sci.Proc.103(25):9390−9397において記載されているような標準的潅流腺窩プロトコルを使用した。全てのデータをGeibelらにおいて記載されているようにして分析した。簡単に説明すると、近位および遠位結腸腺窩を成体Sprague−Dawleyラットの腸切片から切り出し、および同心ガラスピペット間にのせて、腺窩内腔および血液−間入表面の独立した潅流を行った。[3H]イヌリン、非吸収性体積マーカーの活性を用いて、潅流腺窩による液体分泌または吸収を定量化した。
実施例10において記載されるように、腸毒素の分泌性下痢を引き起こす効果は、少なくとも部分的に腸クロム親和性細胞(EC)の活性化による腸神経系(ENS)の活性化であり、CaSRの腸神経系における存在は、液体分泌の調節に関与する。腸毒素は腸クロム親和性細胞を活性化して、5−ヒドロキシトリプタミン(5−HT)を放出させ、これは5−HT1b受容体により腸神経系を刺激する。腸神経系は腸細胞に、血管作用性腸ペプチドおよび他の因子(分泌促進物質)により液体を分泌するようにシグナルを送る。腸毒素の適用は、腸クロム親和性細胞におけるcAMPおよびcGMPの増大を刺激し、これは、これらの細胞が、腸液分泌を媒介するニューロン活性ペプチドを放出するきっかけを与える(Cooke;Field、supra)。下痢のこのEC−ENS媒介性メカニズム(液体分泌)は、ENSに作用して分泌促進物質の放出をブロックする神経毒、テトロドトキシン(TTX)により阻害され得る。
Claims (8)
- 対象における下痢を治療するための医薬組成物であって、
少なくとも1つのカルシウム模倣性化合物を含み、
前記カルシウム模倣性化合物は、
a)式I:
X 1 およびX 2 は、同一であっても異なっていても良く、それぞれ、CH 3 、CH 3 CH 2 O、Br、Cl、F、CF 3 、CHF 2 、CH 2 F、OH、CH 2 OH、CONH 2 、CN、NO 2 、CH 3 CH 2 、プロピル、ブチル、イソブチル、t−ブチル、アセトキシおよびアセチルラジカルから選択されるラジカルであり、またはX 1 のうちの2つは一緒になって、メチレンジオキシラジカルを形成し、またはX 2 のうちの2つは一緒になって、メチレンジオキシラジカルを形成し得;但し、X 2 は3−t−ブチルラジカルではなく;
nは0〜5の範囲であり;
mは1〜5の範囲であり;および
アルキルラジカルは、C1−C3アルキルラジカルであって、場合により、飽和および不飽和、直鎖、分枝および環状Cl−C9アルキル基、ジヒドロインドリルおよびチオジヒドロインドリル基および2−、3−および4−ピペリジニル基から選択される少なくとも1つの基で置換されているものから選択される]

R 6 はアリール、置換アリール、ヘテロサイクリル、置換ヘテロサイクリル、シクロアルキルまたは置換シクロアルキルであり;
各R a は独立して、H、アルキルまたはハロアルキルであり;
各R b は独立して、アリール、アラルキル、ヘテロサイクリルまたはヘテロサイクリルアルキルであり、このそれぞれは、置換されていなくまたはアルキル、ハロゲン、ハロアルキル、アルコキシ、シアノおよびニトロからなる群から選択される最高3個の置換基で置換されており;
各R c は独立して、アルキル、ハロアルキル、フェニルまたはベンジルであり、このそれぞれは、置換されていても置換されていなくても良く;
各R d は独立して、H、アルキル、アリール、アラルキル、ヘテロサイクリル、またはヘテロサイクリルアルキルであり、アルキル、アリール、アラルキル、ヘテロサイクリルおよびヘテロサイクリルアルキルは、アルキル、ハロゲン、ハロアルキル、アルコキシ、シアノ、ニトロ、R b 、−C(=O)R C 、−OR b 、−NR a R a 、−NR a R b 、−C(=O)OR C 、−C(=O)NR a R a 、−OC(=O)R C 、−NR a C(=O)R c 、−NR a S(=O) n R c および−S(=O) n NR a R a から選択される、0、1、2、3または4個の置換基で置換されており;
mは1または2であり;
nは0、1または2であり;および
pは0、1、2、3または4であり;
但し、R 2 がメチルであり、pが0であり、R 6 が非置換フェニルであるならば、R 1 は2,4−ジハロフェニル、2,4−ジメチルフェニル、2,4−ジエチルフェニル、2,4,6−トリハロフェニルまたは2,3,4−トリハロフェニルでないとする]
の化合物またはこの医薬的に許容される塩;
c)N−(3−[2−クロロフェニル]−プロピル)−R−α−メチル−3−メトキシベンジルアミンまたはこの医薬的に許容される塩;
d)N−((6−(メチルオキシ)−4’−(トリフルオロメチル)−1,1’−ビフェニル−3−イル)メチル)−1−フェニルエタナミン、またはこの医薬的に許容される塩;
e)シナカルセットHCl
である、前記医薬組成物。 - 対象において腸液分泌を減少させるための医薬組成物であって、少なくとも1つのカルシウム模倣性化合物を含み、前記カルシウム模倣性化合物は、請求項1に定義されたものである、前記医薬組成物。
- 液体の吸収が増加する、請求項2に記載の医薬組成物。
- 対象が手術の準備をされる、請求項2に記載の医薬組成物。
- 対象の腸管における薬物、栄養の吸収または分泌を調節するための医薬組成物であって、
少なくとも1つのカルシウム模倣性化合物を含み、
前記カルシウム模倣性化合物は、請求項1に定義されたものであり、
薬物または栄養吸収を増大させる、前記医薬組成物。 - 対象が栄養失調または同化不良を患っている、請求項5に記載の医薬組成物。
- 対象の同化不良または栄養失調を治療するための医薬組成物であって、
少なくとも1つのカルシウム模倣性化合物を含み、
前記カルシウム模倣性化合物は、請求項1に定義されたものであり、
同化不良が混合障害、膵機能不全、腸胆汁酸塩濃度の低下、不十分な吸収面、粘膜吸収不良、胆汁酸塩の腸肝循環の中断またはリンパ管の閉塞によるものである、前記医薬組成物。 - 対象が栄養失調を患っている、請求項7に記載の医薬組成物。
