ただし、Anennは細くなっていない部分における断面積であり、以下において、基礎形材とも呼ぶ。また、Averjは(最も)細くなった部分における断面積である。羽根の形材の変化は、特に図10からよく見て取れる。一般的に言えば、すなわち、本態様に明示的に関連していない場合に関しても言えば、断面積の相対的減少AVは、0.1から0.90、特に好ましくは0.2から0.8、極めて好ましくは0.3から0.7の範囲である。
Claims (4)
- 複数の羽根(2)を具備する、車両の暖房および空調用の円筒形ロータ・ラジアル送風機のための羽根車において、2つの羽根(2)の間の流路(3)は、流入側で流路が狭まるように構成され、流出側で流路が広くなるように構成され、羽根(2)の形材全長に対する形材厚さの比が、0.15よりも大きく、羽根(2)は、柔軟部材とその柔軟部材を支持する支持構造体(6)を有し、柔軟部材が支持構造体(6)に固定されて、層(7)として形成され、羽根(2)の厚い形材領域になっており、柔軟部材の層(7)が、支持構造体(6)の負圧側及び正圧側の両方の外面に設けられており、かつ、羽根の終端は柔軟部材を伴わず、柔軟部材が取り付け時に損傷を受けないようになっていることを特徴とする羽根車。
- 羽根の領域における支持構造体(6)の最大肉厚が3mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の羽根車。
- 柔軟部材が羽根(2)の厚い形材領域で羽根(2)の形材を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の羽根車。
- 羽根車(1)が二成分プラスチック射出成形によって製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の羽根車。
