Claims (11)
- パネルと、前記パネルを支持し、光源を含むバックライトユニットと、前記バックライトユニットに結合される導電性のバックカバーとを含むディスプレイ装置に適用されることができるパワーモジュールにおいて、
前記バックライトユニットに含まれた光源に電源を供給する回路基板と、
前記回路基板に装着され、前記電源を前記回路基板に供給するトランスフォーマーと、
前記回路基板に装着され、前記回路基板の表面と向かい合う前記トランスフォーマーの下部面の反対側に位置する上部面を非接触式にカバーする遮蔽板と、
を含み、
前記遮蔽板は、
前記回路基板に結合支持される複数の支持部と、
前記複数の支持部により支持され、前記トランスフォーマーの上部面の上部に位置され、遮蔽物質を含む遮蔽領域部と、
を含み、
前記遮蔽板の遮蔽領域部及び複数の支持部は、互いに接着された内側の第1絶縁板及び外側の第2絶縁板を含み、
前記遮蔽板の遮蔽領域部は、前記第1絶縁板と前記第2絶縁板との間に挿入され、前記トランスフォーマーと前記バックカバーとの電磁気的干渉を遮断する遮蔽物質からなる遮蔽部材を含むパワーモジュール。 - 前記複数の支持部は、
その一部に遮蔽物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパワーモジュール。 - 前記複数の支持部のうち少なくとも1つは、
ボンディングにより前記回路基板に結合されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のパワーモジュール。 - 前記遮蔽板の支持部のうち少なくとも1つは、
その下端部が突出した領域からなる挿入部と、
前記挿入部の隣に位置し、その下端部が突出しない領域からなる支持顎を含み、
前記挿入部は、前記回路基板に形成された締結具に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のパワーモジュール。 - 前記複数の支持部のうち少なくとも1つは、
その下端部の一部が前記遮蔽領域部方向に折り曲げられて形成され、前記回路基板に形成された締結具に挿入結合される締結顎を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のパワーモジュール。 - 前記締結顎は、
前記複数の支持部の第1絶縁板と第2絶縁板のうちいずれか1つに形成されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のパワーモジュール。 - 前記締結顎は、
前記複数の支持部の第1絶縁板と第2絶縁板のそれぞれに形成されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のパワーモジュール。 - 前記複数の支持部は、
前記締結顎が形成されず、前記回路基板の表面に支持される支持顎をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のパワーモジュール。 - 前記遮蔽部材は、
前記バックカバーの抵抗値より低い抵抗値を有する材質からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパワーモジュール。 - 前記遮蔽部材は、
アルミニウムまたは銅からなることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のパワーモジュール。 - 前記トランスフォーマーは共振タイプである請求項1から請求項10のうちいずれか1項に記載のパワーモジュール。
