Claims (6)
- 装置用のエンクロージャ(36)であって、前記エンクロージャが少なくとも1つの壁(40)を有し、この壁がエンクロージャ中空内装(10)の少なくとも一部を限定し、
前記壁が、内パネル(60)と外パネル(62)とを有し、
前記内パネル(60)は、エンクロージャ中空内装から外側へと順次、貫通して延びる複数の穿孔(72)を有する内シート(70)と、前記内シートに連結された複数のパネル補剛部材(82)と、前記複数のパネル補剛部材間で隣接して配置された非金属吸音材料からなる少なくとも1つの内パネル吸音部材(74)とを有し、
前記外パネル(62)は、エンクロージャの外側から内側へと順次、離間した第1、第2壁(94、92)を含む非金属複合材料を有する外パネルサンドイッチ部材(90)と、前記第1、第2壁の間に延設されてそれらの間に中空室を限定する複数の離間した横壁(96)とを有し、前記少なくとも1つの内パネル吸音部材(74)の外表面が、前記外パネルの前記第2壁(92)の外表面と実質同一平面となるように前記外パネルが前記内パネルに固定されている

- 前記内パネル吸音部材(74)が、それぞれ非金属吸音材料からなる複数の層を有する、請求項1記載のエンクロージャ(36)。
- 前記内パネル内シート(70)が金属材料を用いて作製されており、前記吸音部材(74)がそれぞれ非金属材料からなる複数の層を有し、前記パネル補剛部材(82)が非金属複合材料からなる、請求項1記載のエンクロージャ(36)。
- ガスタービンエンジン組立体であって、
第1壁(40)、第2壁(42)、第3壁(44)および第4壁(46)を含むエンクロージャ(36)と、前記エンクロージャ内に配置されたガスタービンエンジン(11)とを有し、
前記各壁が、内パネル(60)と外パネル(62)とを有し、
前記内パネル(60)は、エンクロージャ中空内装(10)から外側へと順次、貫通して延びる複数の穿孔(72)を有する内シート(70)と、前記内シートに連結された複数のパネル補剛部材(82)と、前記複数のパネル補剛部材の間で隣接して配置された非金属吸音材料を有する少なくとも1つの内パネル吸音部材(74)とを有し、
前記外パネル(62)は、エンクロージャの外側から内側へと順次、離間した第1、第2壁(94、92)を含む非金属複合材料を有する外パネルサンドイッチ部材(90)と、前記第1、第2壁の間に延設されてそれらの間に中空室を限定する複数の離間した横壁(96)とを有し、少なくとも1つの内パネル吸音部材の外表面が前記外パネルの前記第2壁(92)の外表面と実質同一平面となるように前記外パネルが前記内パネルに固定されている、
