Description
又、前記のごとく、電極積層体における正極及び負極の集電体の一部が、上蓋1及び底容器2に電気的に接続されている為、電極から上蓋1及び底容器2への集電部におけるジュール熱が、直接電池外部へ伝導され、極めて放熱性が高い電池構造である。

Claims (3)
- 正極、負極及びセパレータからなり、少なくとも正極或いは負極が2枚以上積層された電極積層体を電池容器内に収容した扁平形状である非水系二次電池において、前記非水系二次電池は、体積が20cm3以上であり、電池容器が、前記電池容器の厚さが、0.05mm以上0.3mm以下の金属板のみより構成される上蓋及び底容器からなり、電極積層体における正極或いは負極のいずれか一方の集電体の一部を重ねて溶接により上蓋の内部へ電気的に接続され、もう一方の極の集電体の一部を重ねて溶接により底容器の内部へ電気的に接続され、前記もう一方の極の集電体の一部が折り曲げられて溶接されており、上蓋と底容器は周囲部分で絶縁性樹脂を介して重ね合わせ接合されており、前記絶縁性樹脂が、熱可塑性樹脂1種か少なくとも1種は熱可塑性樹脂である複数種の積層体であり、前記上蓋及び/又は底容器に注液用の穴を設けており、その穴を熱可塑性樹脂フィルム或いは熱可塑性樹脂―金属箔積層フィルムを用いて、40000PA以下の減圧下で封口してあることを特徴とする非水系二次電池。
- 前記電極積層体における正極或いは負極の複数箇所が上蓋或いは底容器へ電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非水系二次電池。
- 前記上蓋及び/又は底容器の周囲部の一部が周囲部より側面方向にはみ出し、このはみ出した部分が、正極端子及び/又は負極端子として外部接続することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の非水系二次電池。
