Description

The present invention relates to an interior decorative material.

Conventionally, on walls of houses, commercial facilities, hospitals, nursing homes, etc., on non-flammable boards such as plasterboard, wallpaper, polyester decorative board, wood powder blended PVC, or plywood, particle board, medium density fiber What applied the decorative material which stuck the decorative sheet on the woody base materials, such as a board (MDF), is used. In recent years, as consumer demands have become more severe and diversified, in addition to conventionally required characteristics such as workability and scratch resistance, impact resistance has been demanded. For example, wheelchairs, stretchers for transporting patients, carriers for meals, etc. are used in homes, hospitals, and nursing homes where home care is provided. Damage to the base material such as gypsum board in the lower layer was a problem. Many cosmetic materials excellent in workability, scratch resistance, etc. have been developed so far (see, for example, Patent Document 1), but cosmetic materials used for interiors such as wall surfaces with excellent impact resistance have been developed. The current situation is not enough, and the development of interior decoration materials with excellent impact resistance is desired.

By the way, with the increase in the demand in the above-mentioned uses, the use conditions are diversified, so that it is expected to be used in a severer environment than before. In particular, in an environment of high temperature and humidity, warping of the interior decorative material is likely to occur, and peeling of the base material and the interior decorative material due to the warpage may cause a problem of poor appearance due to the peeling.

FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing a cross section of an example of a preferred embodiment of the interior decorative material 1 of the present invention. In the example shown in FIG. 1, the interior decorative material 1 of the present invention has a configuration in which a thermoplastic resin foam board 2 is sandwiched between wood fiber boards 41 and 42, specifically, a wood fiber board 41. The thermoplastic resin foam board 2, the wood fiber board 42, and the decorative sheet 5 are sequentially laminated through an adhesive layer. FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing a cross section of an example of use of the interior decorative material 1 of the present invention. The interior decorative material 1 of the present invention is used by being attached to a gypsum board or the like serving as a base material 6.

[Thermoplastic resin foam board]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 1 showing one preferred embodiment of the present invention.
The thermoplastic resin foam plate 2 according to the present invention can be used without particular limitation as long as it is foamable and is made of a thermoplastic resin having cushioning properties, but breaks 3-30% in one direction. It preferably has an elongation characteristic, and more preferably has a breaking elongation characteristic of 3 to 20%. If the elongation at break property is within this range, the thermoplastic resin foam board 2 sufficiently follows the expansion due to humidity and the shrinkage due to the low temperature of the wood fiberboard and the gypsum board as the base material. It is preferable in terms of impact resistance because it can prevent cracking and breakage of the material and has cushioning properties.
Examples of the thermoplastic resin foam plate include foam plates made of various synthetic resins such as polystyrene foam, polyethylene foam, polypropylene foam, rigid polyurethane foam, phenol foam, and vinyl chloride foam. Can be preferably mentioned. Among these, an extruded foamed polystyrene plate using a polystyrene-based foam and an extruded foamed polypropylene plate using a polypropylene-based foam are preferable from the viewpoints of environment and cost.

1.0-7.5 mm is preferable and, as for the thickness of the thermoplastic resin foam board 2, 2.5-5.5 mm is more preferable. If it exists in this range, sufficient impact resistance can be acquired and the accommodation at the time of construction will also become favorable. Moreover, although the expansion ratio of the thermoplastic resin foam board 2 is suitably selected according to the material and thickness, it is usually 3 to 20 times, and preferably 5 to 20 times.

[Wood fiberboard]
The wood fiberboards 41 and 42 according to the present invention can be used without particular limitation as long as they are fiberboards defined in JIS A5905-2003. The wood fiberboard defined in this way is a board mainly made of plant fibers such as wood, and generally has a high surface hardness, and if an appropriate density is selected, it is a dent when an object collides. It is a strong and useful material. In addition, the cost of the material can be obtained at a lower cost than plastic.
Among such wood fiberboards, MDF (medium density fiberboard) having a density in the range of 0.35 to 0.80 g / cm 2 is relatively inexpensive and has good surface properties. It is preferable because it can be laminated smoothly and has good machinability when it is cut into a fixed size for construction. The wood fiber plates 41 and 42 may be made of the same material or different from each other, but are preferably the same from the viewpoint of reducing warpage.

The thicknesses of the wood fiber boards 41 and 42 are not particularly limited, but are preferably 1 to 5 mm, more preferably 1.5 to 5 mm, from the viewpoints of production restrictions and weight of the wood fiber board. 5 to 3 mm is more preferable. When only a wood-based fiberboard is used as the interior decorative material, a thickness of 10 mm or more is required to obtain sufficient impact resistance, resulting in a heavy product and an expensive material. However, by combining the wood fiberboard with the thermoplastic resin foam plate, even if the wood fiberboard has the above thickness, sufficient impact resistance can be ensured, and the cost of the material can be suppressed. Is possible. The thicknesses of the wood fiber plates 41 and 42 may be the same or different, but are preferably the same from the viewpoint of reducing warpage.

[Adhesive layer]
In the interior decorative material 1 of the present invention, between the wood fiber board 41 and the thermoplastic resin foam board 2, between the thermoplastic resin foam board 2 and the wood fiber board 42, and between the wood fiber board 42 and the decorative sheet. 5 are respectively provided with adhesive layers 31-33.
Adhesives used for the adhesive layers 31-33 include (meth) acrylic resins, polyurethane resins, epoxy resins, polyester resins, polyamide resins, (meth) acrylic ester-olefin copolymer resins. , Vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resins, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resins, ionomer resins, olefin-α olefin copolymer resins, etc. Alternatively, a plurality of them can be used in combination. Of these, polyurethane resins are preferred because of good initial and long-term adhesion. Here, “(meth) acrylate” means “acrylate or methacrylate”.

The thickness of the adhesive layer 31-33 may be an appropriate thickness depending on the required physical properties and the like, but is usually about 1 to 100 μm. The method for forming the adhesive layer is not particularly limited, but usually, known printing or coating means such as gravure printing, roll coating, etc. as an ink or coating liquid comprising a resin liquid obtained by diluting the above resin with a diluent solvent. To form. Further, in the adhesive layer, for the purpose of adjusting and improving various physical properties such as printing (or coating) suitability of the ink (or coating liquid), other auxiliary materials, for example, Various additives such as extender pigments may be added.

In addition, when the thermoplastic resin foam plate 2 is made of a nonpolar resin such as a polypropylene resin, an oxidation method or unevenness may be applied to one or both surfaces of the thermoplastic resin foam plate 2 as desired in order to further improve the interlayer adhesion. A physical or chemical surface treatment such as a chemical conversion method and a primer layer can be applied.
Examples of the oxidation method include corona discharge treatment, chromium oxidation treatment, flame treatment, hot air treatment, ozone / ultraviolet treatment method, and examples of the unevenness method include a sand blast method and a solvent treatment method. These surface treatments are appropriately selected depending on the type of substrate, but generally, a corona discharge treatment method is preferably used from the viewpoints of effects and operability.
The primer layer usually has a thickness of 1 to 10 μm, and preferred examples of the resin forming the primer layer include (meth) acrylic resins, polyurethane resins, urethane-acrylic resins, and the like.

[Decorative sheet]
The interior decorative material 1 of the present invention can further laminate a decorative sheet 5 on a wood fiberboard for the purpose of imparting design properties. As a decorative sheet, it can be used without particular limitation as long as it can provide design properties. However, in order to further impart abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, stain resistance, etc. to the interior decorative material 1 of the present invention, an overcoat layer is used. It is preferable to use a decorative sheet having As such a decorative sheet, for example, a coated sheet made of urethane resin or acrylic resin, a decorative sheet provided with a surface protective layer formed by crosslinking and curing an ionizing radiation curable resin composition, and the like can be preferably exemplified. However, a decorative sheet having a surface protective layer formed by crosslinking and curing the ionizing radiation curable resin composition is particularly preferable. As a decorative sheet having a surface protective layer formed by crosslinking and curing such an ionizing radiation curable resin composition, for example, “WS Safmare” (trade name, manufactured by Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd.) can be exemplified.

Preferable uses include, for example, interior building materials such as doors, wall boards, floor boards, waist walls, curbs, shelves, door pockets, and furniture uses such as desks and bags. Especially, the interior decoration material of this invention is useful as a waist wall use used for wall surfaces, such as a house, a commercial facility, a hospital, and a nursing care facility. The thickness of the interior decorative material for the waist wall is preferably equal to or less than the protruding width of the door frame from the wall surface. When the width is not more than the protrusion width, impact resistance and warpage are less likely to occur, and the interior decorative material has a good fit and can be finished into a beautiful wall. Generally, the width of the door frame protruding from the wall surface is about 10 mm, and therefore the thickness of the interior decorative material for specific waist wall use is preferably 10 mm or less, more preferably 7 mm or less. In addition, the interior decorative material of the present invention is less likely to be warped in a hot and humid environment as well as in a normal environment. Can be used.

Comparative Example 4
A wood powder blended PVC sheet (thickness: 2.5 mm) was adhered to a gypsum board (trade name: Tiger Board, Yoshino Gypsum Co., Ltd., thickness: 12.5 mm) to obtain a test piece. In addition, evaluation of curvature was performed with the wood powder combination PVC sheet.

Reference example 1
In Example 1, the interior decorative material and the test piece were obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the thermoplastic resin foam plate and the MDF 41 were not used and the thickness of the MDF 42 was set to 12 mm.

Table 1 shows the results of the above evaluation for Example 1, Comparative Examples 1 to 4, and Reference Example 1.
In Example 1, high performance was shown in all points. Moreover, in Comparative Examples 1-4, although evaluation of curvature was favorable, it was inadequate at the point of the surface dent and the crack of a gypsum board. Reference Example 1 is an example in which the thermoplastic fiber foam board is not used and the wood fiber board is thickened, and the impact resistance is sufficiently evaluated. However, the thickness of the wood fiber board is required to be 12 mm. It was heavy and was not sufficient for practical use.
