Description
(a) すべての発光物質は同じQE=80%である。
(b) LED発光物質は405nm、407nm、436nmのHgビームを完全に吸収し、それらの量子収量に相応して変換する。
Claims (15)
- 第1の発光物質組成物と少なくとも1つの第2の発光物質組成物とを有する放電ランプ(1)のための発光物質混合物であって、
前記第2の発光物質組成物は赤色のスペクトル領域に放射スペクトルを有し、構成成分としてY2O3:Eu(YOE)を有する発光物質混合物において、
前記第1の発光物質組成物は緑色および/または黄色のスペクトル領域に放射スペクトルを有し、
・Tbフリーに構成され、Hg源から放射されるUVビームを吸収するように構成され、構成成分として一般式(Ba,Sr,Ca)2SiO4:Euのオルトシリケートまたは一般式(Sr 1−x−y Ba x Ca y )Si2O2N2:Eu(SrSiON)の酸窒化物を有する第1の発光物質化合物と、
・Tb含有に構成され、構成成分として(Ce,Tb)MgAl11O19(CAT)および/または(La,Ce,Tb)PO4(LAP)を有する第2の発光物質化合物と、
を含む、
ことを特徴とする発光物質混合物。 - 請求項1記載の発光物質混合物において、
Tbを含有する前記第2の発光物質化合物の質量割合は、Tbフリーの第1の発光物質化合物の質量割合よりも小さい発光物質混合物。 - 請求項1または2記載の発光物質混合物において、
第1の発光物質組成物の質量割合は50%以下である発光物質混合物。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の発光物質混合物において、
前記第1の発光物質組成物の前記第1の発光物質化合物は、440nm以下の波長のビームに対して強い吸収性を有する発光物質混合物。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の発光物質混合物において、
前記第1の発光物質組成物の前記第1の発光物質化合物は、254nmの波長のビームに対して非常に強い吸収性を有する発光物質混合物。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の発光物質混合物において、
前記第1の発光物質組成物の前記第1の発光物質化合物は、530nm以上の波長のビームに対して弱い吸収性を有する発光物質混合物。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の発光物質混合物において、
前記第1の発光物質組成物の前記第1の発光物質化合物の放射スペクトルは、530nmと570nmとの間に優勢な波長を有する発光物質混合物。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の発光物質混合物において、
前記第1の発光物質組成物の少なくとも前記第1の発光物質化合物にはEuがドーピングされており、
Euによるドーピングの質量割合は0.1%から15%の間である発光物質混合物。 - 請求項8に記載の発光物質混合物において、
Euによるドーピングの質量割合は1%から2%の間である発光物質混合物。 - 請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の発光物質混合物において、
第3の発光物質組成物を含有しており、
該第3の発光物質組成物は放射スペクトルを青色スペクトル領域に有し、
該第3の発光物質組成物は、(Ba,Eu)MgAl10O17(BAM)または(Sr,Ba,Ca,Mg,Eu)5(PO 4 )3(F,Cl)(SCAP)を構成成分として含有する発光物質化合物を含む発光物質混合物。 - 請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の発光物質混合物において、
第4の発光物質組成物を含有しており、
該第4の発光物質組成物は放射スペクトルを青−緑色スペクトル領域に有し、
該第4の発光物質組成物は、(Ba,Eu)(Mg,Mn)Al10O17(BAMMn)を構成成分として含有する発光物質化合物を含む発光物質混合物。 - 発光物質層(12)が形成された放電容器(2)を備える放電ランプにおいて、
少なくとも1つの第1の発光物質層(12)は、前記請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の発光物質混合物を有するように構成されている放電ランプ。 - 請求項12に記載の放電ランプにおいて、
前記第1の発光物質層(12)の、前記放電容器(2)の内側(11)とは反対の上面(14)には、前記第1の発光物質化合物をVUVビームおよび/またはHgイオンとの反応から保護するための保護層が形成されており、該保護層は構成成分としてAl2O3および/またはY2O3を有する放電ランプ。 - 請求項12または13に記載の放電ランプにおいて、
前記第1の発光物質層(12)の、前記放電容器(2)の内側(11)とは反対の上面(14)には、Tbを有する第2の発光物質層が形成されており、
該第2の発光物質層は、(Ce,Tb)MgAl11O19(CAT)−Y2O3:Eu(YOE)混合物を発光物質化合物として有する放電ランプ。 - 請求項12乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の放電ランプにおいて、
第1の発光物質層(12)の第1の発光物質組成物の第1の発光物質化合物は、保護層により包囲されており、該保護層は金属酸化物および/またはホウ酸塩および/またはリン酸塩および/またはSiO2を有する放電ランプ。
