Claims (6)
- 被制御流体の流入部と、前記被制御流体の流出部と、前記流入部と前記流出部の間に弁座を形成した弁室を有する弁室ボディ部と、
前記弁座を進退自在にシールするシール部を有する弁部と、前記シール部側と逆側に形成され前記弁室内に装着されたダイヤフラム部とを備える弁機構体と、
エアポートから流出入する作動エアにより前記弁機構体を進退させることにより前記弁座の開閉を駆動制御する駆動機構体を収容するハウジングボディ部とを備え、
前記駆動機構体は、前記弁機構体に接続され前記エアポートから流入する作動エアを受ける第1受圧部を有する第1ピストン部と、前記第1ピストン部を前記弁座側に付勢する第1ばねと、
ハウジングボディ部内に摺動可能に収容され、前記第1ピストン部を内部に摺動可能に収容するとともに前記エアポートから流入する作動エアを受ける第2受圧部を有し前記第1ピストン部を押圧する第2ピストン部と、前記第2ピストン部を前記第1ピストン部側に付勢する第2ばねとを備え、
前記第2ばねのばね荷重が前記第1ばねのばね荷重よりも大としており、
前記エアポートからの作動エアの供給圧力が低下した場合において前記第1ばねの荷重が前記第1受圧部に生じた作動エアの上昇力に抗することにより、前記第1ピストン部が前記第2ピストン部よりも先行して降下し、
その後、前記第2ピストン部が前記第1ピストン部よりも遅延して降下することにより前記第2ピストンが前記第1ピストン部を弁座方向に付勢して、前記着座状態における前記弁部と前記弁座とのシール強度を高める構成とした
ことを特徴とするエア操作弁。 - 前記第1ピストン部と前記第2ピストン部との間に緩衝部材が介在されている請求項1に記載のエア操作弁。
- 前記弁座に着座する前記弁部のシール部が平面状である請求項1に記載のエア操作弁。
- 前記弁部が、前記弁機構体の前進方向に被制御流体の流体圧力を受ける受圧部を有する請求項1に記載のエア操作弁。
- 前記弁部のシール部が前記弁座に着座してシールする前記弁座の直径距離(SD)が、前記ダイヤフラム部の可動膜部最大径と可動膜部最小径を二分した位置における直径距離(MD)よりも大きくもしくは同じ大きさに形成されている請求項1に記載のエア操作弁。
- 前記エアポートと前記ハウジングボディ部内のピストン空間部との間に、作動エアの絞り部が備えられる請求項1に記載のエア操作弁。
