- 밸브몸체(10)에 횡방향의 유로(11)가 형성되고, 그 밸브몸체(10)의 상부에는 수직의 보닛(20)을 형성하며, 상기 밸브몸체(10)와 보닛(20)의 내부에는 그 유로(11)를 개폐하는 디스크(31)를 갖는 밸브축(30)을 형성하고, 상기 밸브축(30)의 하부에는 보닛(20)의 내측에 고정된 백시트(40)를 삽입 형성하여,상기한 백시트(40)에는 보닛(20) 내부와 유로(11)가 서로 관통되게 한 리턴홀(41)을 형성하고, 그 리턴홀(41)의 하측에는 그 리턴홀(41)의 내경보다 큰 내경을 갖는 수용홈(42)을 형성하여 그 수용홈(42)의 내측에 감압수단(50)를 내장하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동 감압수단을 갖는 초저온 밸브에 있어서,감압수단(50)을, 수용홈(42)의 내측 선단에 위치하는 감압시트(51)와, 그 감압시트(51)의 하측에 위치하는 스프링(52)과, 그 스프링(52)의 하측에 위치하여 수용홈(42)과 고정 상태인 지지구(53)로 구성하되,감압시트(51)의 상부 중앙에는 리턴홀(41)의 내경과 일치하는 크기의 압력저항홈(57)을 형성하여, 상기 리턴홀(41)로부터 발생하는 고압의 유체 압력이 상기 압력저항홈(57)을 통해 감압시트(51)에 정확하게 전달되어 그 감압시트(51)의 작동성이 향상되게 함을 특징으로 하는 자동 감압수단을 갖는 초저온 밸브.
