Description
ガスが膜に導かれる。別のバイポーラプレートに向かっては複数の凹部が設けられ、これらの凹部は、液体冷媒を各バイポーラプレートの間に導き、こうして燃料電池の動作温度を制御するようにできている。前記もう1つのシールは、バイポーラプレートにおいて、冷却装置のための凹部が設けられている側に配置されている。また、これらバイポーラプレートには複数の貫通口が設けられ、この貫通口を通って、反応ガスと冷媒がバイポーラプレートの中を導かれる。前記もう1つのシールは、反応ガスがあふれたり、液体冷媒が漏洩したりするのを防止する。
もう1つのシール5は射出成形部品として形成され、このもう1つのシール5は異形化された表面8を備える。
Claims (4)
- スタック状に配置されたプレート(2、3)を含み、
少なくとも2枚のプレート(2、3)が、その一部分をシーリングエレメント(4)によって互いに結合されている、燃料電池用のモジュール(1)であって、
前記プレート(2、3)の互いに向かい合う側の少なくともいずれか一方に凹部(6)が設けられ、
当該凹部に少なくとももう1つの射出成形部品として形成されたシール(5)が配置され、
前記プレート(2、3)が、互いに向かい合う側に冷却装置(7)を組み込まれたバイポーラプレートとして形成され、
前記プレート(2、3)は、前記シーリングエレメント(4)が配置される貫通口(9)をそれぞれ有するとともに、互いに向かい合う側においてそれぞれの貫通口(9)の間に貫通口(9)よりも断面積の大きい開口(10)を有していることを特徴とするモジュール。 - 前記もう1つのシール(5)が、接着結合体として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 前記もう1つのシール(5)が、フラットシールとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のモジュール。
- 前記もう1つのシール(5)が、Oリングからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール。
