Description
本発明において用いるアルカリ度とは水中に含まれているアルカリ成分、すなわち酸を消費する成分の量をCaCO3の量に換算して表示したものであり、水素イオン濃度を表わすpHとは異なる。アルカリ度の高い水は酸が添加されても中和してしまうためにpHの変化が生じにくくなり、この意味から水が持つ酸に対する緩衝能力と表現されることもある。
比較例は特許文献1にならって抽出液pHに着目すると、抽出液pH 11.9〜12.0、抽出液全リン 4170〜5220 mg/L とばらつきが大きく、リン抽出量を制御できていない。
Claims (3)
- 下水汚泥焼却灰とアルカリ性反応液とを反応槽内で混合して下水汚泥焼却灰に含まれるリンを液中に抽出したうえ、リン抽出液と処理灰とに固液分離し、このリン抽出液にカルシウム成分を加えてリン酸カルシウム結晶を取り出す下水汚泥焼却灰からのリン回収方法において、反応槽内液のPアルカリ度を測定し、Pアルカリ度が40000〜100000mg-CaCO 3 /Lの範囲に維持されるようにアルカリ源の添加量を制御しつつリン抽出を行うことを特徴とする下水汚泥焼却灰からのリン回収方法。
- バッチ操作においては供給反応液のPアルカリ度を、連続操作においては反応槽内液のPアルカリ度を40000〜100000mg-CaCO3/Lの範囲に維持することを特徴とする請求項1記載の下水汚泥焼却灰からのリン回収方法。
- アルカリ源としてNaOHの水溶液を用いることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の下水汚泥焼却灰からのリン回収方法。
